Complaint Review: Timeshares by Owner (TSBO)
Timeshares by Owner (TSBO)8578 Palm Parkway Orlando, Florida United States of America
Timeshares by Owner (TSBO) Timeshares Direct, Inc. TELEMARKETING FRAUD, DECEPTIVE, MISLEADING INFORMATION/ADVERTISING/CONTRACTS, SCAMMERS, LIARS, & COWARDS Orlando, Florida
One specific salesman of mention is "GEORGE DENIS" whom states his license number is "TP9454" (to date, I have found no record in the State of Florida for this series of letter/numbers he gave me). GEORGE DENIS is a FRAUD!!! he lied about being an affiliate of Wyndham Vacation Resorts, having renters right now to rent out my timeshare, the dollar amount I was, 'guaranteed' to get for a week's rental, and a written contract would be mailed to me.
DENIS would not return my phone calls or emails. When I did get thru to the sales department, i was given the run around and transferred to alleged co-workers of DENIS who assured me my deal had gone thru and it was just a paperwork holdup. Even complaints with alleged supervisors whom stated they would look into it, but of course no one ever called me back. KEVIN A. WHITE whom is currently as the date of this posting the TSBO Customer Service/Consumer Analyst is no better.
He was caught in a web of lies, and this guy is so bright he solidified it in his reponses to inquiries from these government agencies. This company has scammed 100's of victims. Check out their "F" rating with the central Florida BBB. They are also under investigation by the Florida State attorney General's Office. Don't wast your time or money!!! If you have fallen victim to this company make sure you report it to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the Attorney General's Office, the BBB, (not only in the State of Florida, but if you home State is elsewhere, file a complaint with your local jurisdiction too) and if warranted a criminal police report under Florida Statues 817.034 Florida Communications Fraud Act, false, misleading and deceptive advertising and sales.
DON'T GIVE UP AND KEEP PRESSURE ON THEM. That's what they are counting on for you to be a victim, or maybe complain a little bit, but then give up. As a disabled war Veteran, I too became a victim by falling for their Timeshare scam. Also, be aware of other predators who call you claiming they can get all of your money back it you sign up with their services. hopefully, this will hope those who are or have been contacted by Timeshares by Owner, or thinking of investing with them, not to fall victim to them, or if you have continue with diligence in your pursuit of getting your money back.
As stated earlier, the Florida State Attorney General is a great venue for those whom have been victimized becasue both civil (lawyers) and criminal prosectution can access these complaints in their cases. Just be honest when you file your complaint, be patient, and the day will come when those from TSBO who defrauded Americans from their hard-earned money will have to finally answer to their victims in the form of an indictment, convictions (SPECIAL ENHANCED SENTENCING FOR THOSE VICTIMS WHOM ARE ELDERLY OR DISABLED), jail/prison time, restitution, and assurance they cannot open up another scam company in a different name and continue to victimize innocent people.
