Tiny Tot Chihuahuas Kelly Schram STOLEN DOGS Bellevue, Nebraska

On December 4, 2012 a judgement in the amount of $867.79 was ordered against Kelly Schram  by the State of Wisconsin Circuit Court for the theft of the two dogs that she stole from me, Jackie Martin of RR Boston Terriers.  Now anyone with any doubts about my reputation can see that all of Kelly's efforts to make me look bad were just lies.  She stole my dogs and in an attempt to throw attention away from her illegal activity, made up allegations that I sold her sick dogs.  After the stolen dogs were sold by Kelly Schram on Craigslist, I found them in Nebraska.  Both dogs are and always were, completely healthy.  I have
never and will never, misrepresent any dog in my household.  I was taken advantage of by a con artist who when caught in her scam, took revenge by trying to ruin my reputation.   Warning to anyone who may have puppies for sale, please use extreme caution when selling to anyone in the Bellevue, Nebraska area.  Kelly Minor Schram uses various names and also has enlisted the help of her daughter, Bobbie Jo and son-in-law,
Josh Heyd, in this scheme.  She is involved in Chihuahuas and possibly other breeds besides Boston Terriers.  Protect your babies and your reputation, do not get involved with this woman!

The disgusting fact that it is so obvious that Kelly can't even spell the simplest words, makes me cringe that this person has reproduced another human being. She can't even take care of dogs so one can only imagine how ignorant she is when it comes to an actual real human being. I only have sympathy for any child she will give birth to.

I sympathize with all of the victims for Schram's scamming of their beloved pets. Sounds like Schram has too much time on her butt...wouldn't hurt her to get up off of it and do something actually positive!

Thats a federal offense what you,ve done. Josh is going to the courts on tuesday to see to it that your in trouble for what you've done. It was Josh that had his money stolen again by the crook in Mississippi over a dog and i was right here when i heard him explaining it to his brother matt which he shouldnt have to explain anything, its his business and you people need to stay out of his business. You have hurt your son and my daughter for the last time. There wont be a next time. It will be over my dead body that you would ever get that chance again, now IM INVOLVED to make sure you stay completely away from this entire family includeing Josh that you thru to the curb along time ago. It really makes me laugh how you say you GIVE Josh any money what so ever, such a joke, if you give him $1.00 you've always made him pay it back, your a pathetic parent, you will whine and whine over a lousey $1.00 your son borrowed from you until you get it back. He has always made sure your paid back with what few dollars you've ever loaned him. My daughter and Josh bit their tounge trying to keep piece with you for rest of joshs family sake but you blew it all out of proportion and caused problems with their pride and joy Kali, cant believe you done what you done at the hospital but thats okay cause like i said, now your on the hospitals crazy list and cant go anywhere around your grand daughter which makes me the happiest person in the world, now i can rest at night knowing your not in the picture anymore, i was so sick of your abuse to my daughter and not knowing what you were doing next the two faced person you are. If you had a problem with any of us you should of had the guts to say it to our face rather than behind our backs or on a website, but your a coward and this shows everyone your a coward, its just sad that your son has been treated so bad by you and his siblings when its the happiest time of his life with his  new baby girl, ive never seen him more happy than i did in the delivery room when she was born. But weve been told thats what your best at, bringing Josh down no matter what he's done in life, in your eyes it was never good enough. Really really sad. I was under the impression that this site was bout dog fraud:  But you have cosen to make a personal attack on me, which will only show the world exactly what kin of person all these dog breeders and now my family have to deal with. First I am not a lier! Any one and everyone who knows me know I DONT LIE, nor do I condon it either. And Josh knows this to.  2nd) Opening Joshs mail (I have a power of attorney that Josh signed over to me in NC with no experation dte.

It list to numberous things to mention but in tHAT LIST IS HANDLING MATTERS PERSONAL AND LEAGAL BY PHONE, MAIL, OR IN PERSON.  Wiah I would of opened the first 2 letters I would of catched on sooner.  He trusted me enough to sign that  in front of 3 witnesses.  3rd) We love Josh and always will and wish him only the best with the raising of HIS daughter. There alot of reasons a father should want a child to have his last name.

The most important so it'l know the dad loved her enough, the second is so he has a more legal right to that child. (which you already knew, thats why you advised him otherwise, not really because Kali would loose her medicade, because Josh only has a min wage job at the care wash, and dont even make enough to even pay child support, so they would still get it regardless) He cant claim her on taxes you also knew that too. But again you know all this dont you? But if  he didnt want her to have his name that up to him.

If god forbid he does marry BJ they will have a different name then Kali would still be a Schram, and at this point if the do get married maybe he should take the schram name, not unheard of and at least theyd all have the same name.  Marrying the mom dont change the babys name something else you and BJ said.  4   I dont know everything but I do know alot, and I do know and believe that Josh will be an awsome dad but tha's not because he learned it from you, it was the HEYD family that showed him to have a huge caring heart and always find the good in people (he sees something in Bj that we dont) He will continue to do everything for Kali that he possibly can as he should.

 We just wanted him to have more of a legal right. Kali will have a great life with JOSH TAKING CARE OF HER. i HAVE NO DOUBTS OF THAT AT ALL! %  EXPOSING HER TO SCAMS AND SMOKING WILL NOT.  Thats why I  wanted Josh and BJ to get housing, but BJ is affraid to be a grown up on her own. I was the bigger person and forgave BJ for the last   rant not because I wanted to be her best friend in no means! It was for Josh, and what he wanted. He wanted to be able to come see his family even if he couldnt come alone we excepted that wed have to see BJ too. 

I raised 4 great children to be honest, and work hard for what they wanted in life even if they had to have 2 jods. Gina also told them she was giving my money back if her name wasnt mention d anymore but another lie like always from her as she has never sent my money back , she even emailed me a month ago saying she was sending my money back but it is all lies, she only said that to let the law enforcement think she was taking care of it. At least ALL my animals are vacinated and have all their shots Jackie, you straight up lied about your dogs, Dia had NO SHOTS and Rabies expired and you claimed it was because she was pregnant AGAIN, she was bred every 6 monthes, being a c-section every time, WHO SERIOUSLEY does that?? Only you and probley your friends just to make a dollar, breed back to back putting the dog thru so much with c-sections, i would NEVER DO THAT IN MY LIFE!

(CRAZY). I didnt understand why you bad mouthed craigslist so bad either Jackie but yet you are SOOOOO HAPPY where they went and love the people, i dont think you know what you want in life or what to think you are just running your mouth so hard trying to keep your friends on your side when it was you that put them out here to the public saying i stole their dogs but yet they still have their dogs and all our money, you dont deserve to have any friends the way you accuse innocent people , you are the one that made a verbal agreement with me and did not stick with it and broke the agreement, not i, you have made up so many lieds and stories i cant keep up with them all, you seriousley should seek help for your mental issues.

Kelly I asked you for proof of the things you are accusing me of, not some long ranting letter that proves nothing.  There is a place on these rebuttals where you can insert photos and copies of documents, please do so.  I would love to see anything you have where I have spread lies about you or your family members, refused to take back my dogs, or that you PAID for the 2 dogs you acquired from me.  All it would take is a minute of your time to post and this could be settled.  Id sure want to post it if I had it!!!!  Dont you want the world to believe you? 

I have never denied that you sent a deposit, go back and refresh your memory by reading my initial statement.  I said you wrote a check on a closed account for the balance due. You did not have Dia paid in full; the contract states that you sent a $100 deposit on Dia and a $200 deposit for Infinity. You cant just say that you have decided to apply the $300 towards Dia and therefore you only stole Infinity!!!   You were to pay the balance due of $750 and you never have.  I have the phony check you gave me to prove it. I am the one who tried to work with you I even offered to accept $700 so
you didnt have to come up with the extra $45 money gram fee.  You stopped communicating with me.  Never once did you offer to return those dogs to me.  And had I figured out what was really going on with you before you sold my dogs, I would have been on your doorstep demanding my dogs back!  Not because of the money, but because I placed them in the hands of a completely devious woman.  There are far more important things in life than money.  To me, not having to worry about my dogs because they have been placed in wonderful homes is a number one priority.  I have given dogs to people for free who would love them and take care of them.  Had you told me you couldnt afford them I probably would have given them to you without charge also as I truly believed all the lies about you being this wonderful, loving home.  Instead, you steal the dogs and based on what you have done since, shown yourself to not be fit to own dogs period!  What kind of person dumps them on Craigslist 13 days of acquiring them?  Who pretends to still have them on July 2 when she sold them on June 29th?.

Yes, I asked you for A photo of my dogs, what responsible breeder would not??  All your lies and excuses were beginning to make me extremely nervous and worried about my dogs.  I had the feeling you had sold them or had done something horrible to them and I was right.  A good, kind, loving home would have no objections to sending a photo of their new dogs.  As a matter of fact I get them all the time from people who have gotten dogs from me in the past and I dont even have to ask for them!!!  I am so sorry you consider it harassment.  

You have never once tried to be reasonable with me Kelly.  You never attempted to make good on the money you owe me and you certainly did not offer to give me the dogs back.  Remember what you did instead???  You tried to disappear.  You cut off all communication, sold my dogs and thought Id never know what happened to you or them.  But you didnt succeed.  I found you and now you have been caught in your own web of lies.  You are angry and trying to place a lot of blame on me yet you are the one who is in the wrong.  You have no right to sell dogs that you do not own.  You pay for them first, then you can sell them; other wise it is known as THEFT and the SALE OF STOLEN GOODS.  You should know this if you have been talking to lawyers, law enforcement and Attorney Generals!

Did I take to the internet and inform other breeders that you are stealing dogs and trying to acquire multiple dogs all at once YUP.  Id certainly hope someone would warn me rather than sit back, keep their mouth shut and let other people become your victims.  I happen to care about other people.  More breeders need to stand up to those who try to get dogs using false stories. You told me a complete pack of lies.  Reputable breeders dont just sell to any person who comes along with the money. They try to ferret out the good homes to ensure that the lives they brought into this world are well taken care of once they leave their homes.  If more people would expose scam artists such as you, all this drama could be eliminated.  As I told you via email, I have learned a valuable lesson as a result of this and believe me, the next time I have puppies for sale potential families will have to jump though hoops to get one of my dogs. I will never make the mistake again of placing one of my beloved dogs in the wrong hands.

So, taking these types of issues public is exactly what more people need to do.  If I would have heard your name before I was conned into letting you steal my dogs you can be sure I certainly would not have let you take them. You say you are the adult and are handling it through the proper authorizes instead of making it public.  You werent handling anything like an adult, the only reason you didnt make this public is because YOU DONT WANT THIS IN PUBLIC.  I dont know too many people who are proud to be called thieves.  I can just imagine now what youd write to people had you decided to take this public yourself.  WARNING, I STEAL DOGS AND THEN PEOPLE GET MAD AT ME They have the nerve to ask for payment and when I dont pay, they tell other people that I am a thief.  Oh! the injustice of it all. 

Poor, poor Kelly, I have so taken advantage of you.  You have done nothing wrong and I am just making up all these stories about you and finding people from all over the US that you just happened to try to do the same thing to.  What a complete miracle that you contacted all of us you accuse of being in the Dog crime ring when there are hundreds of boston terrier breeders you could have targeted.  You must just have the worst luck in the world.  (That is sarcasm in case you dont know).

I honestly have no idea on what happened with some of the transactions with the other breeders you tried to scam as most of the instances were before my involvement with you - but I do know what happened between us.  You paid a deposit on 2 dogs, got them in your possession and did not finish paying for them plain and simple.  That is THEFT.  The fact that you then decided to sell them does not erase the fact that you STOLE them in the first place.

As to being a 2 year old and not handling this through law enforcement as you suggest, I am going that route also.  It will be quite interesting to see who ends up on the right side of the law when this is all said and done.  I will be sure to make those results public also.

As to my having sold you SICK DOGS.  Dia is not SICK as you claim.  The vet discovered she has a grade 3 luxating patella and MIGHT require surgery at some point in her life.  The vet has indicated she is showing absolutely no signs or symptoms and at this point it is a non issue; she DOES NOT need surgery now and may NEVER.  The fact that Dia had a luxating patella was discovered by Jennifers vet after she purchased them, NOT YOURS, so there is no way that you knew about it prior to dumping my dogs on Craigslist.  You sold them quickly in order to make a buck and get rid of them before I caught you.  I was putting pressure on you and you panicked and dumped them.  You were certainly not the loving home I thought I was placing my pets in! 

The story you gave Jennifer certainly differs from the one you are claiming now. You told Jennifer the dogs belonged to your daughter whose deal on a house fell through.  You said Bobbie Jo could not keep the dogs because her apartment would not allow her to have them. You told Jennifer nothing about Dia needing an expensive, immediate surgery.  Isnt that misrepresenting the dog?  Shouldnt you have told her that before you sold the dogs to her?  You said you found someone who could pay for the surgery funny, Jennifer had no idea until after she took the dog to her own vet that Dia might need surgery in the future.  Why did you not disclose this information to Jennifer if you knew? 
   
And what about Infinity? Why did you dump her????  Was she SICK also?  What did she suffer from?  Ive heard nothing about your reason for selling her on Craigslist. She had no issues at all when she was vet checked, not even a potential,10 year from now problem.  So, why didnt you keep her?  You wanted her so badly but in 13 days you sold her?  You sent glowing reports of how well the dogs were doing and how everyone loved them so much.  So, why did you sell Infinity???

You know we had no such agreement for you to take my dogs and pay me weeks later.  I might have been fooled by you but I am not crazy. No one would agree to that.  Need I remind you that you were to bring me CASH.  Do you not remember telling me after I drove to meet you that you hadnt wanted to tell me about not having cash before I left as you were afraid Id back out???  You convinced me to accept the check and I was stupid enough to TRUST YOU. You said the check was good and when it wasnt, you promise to send the money day after day but never did.  This
was no accident, this was a carefully plotted scheme to screw me over and you succeeded. 

Is it my fault other breeders have had the same type of thing happening with you?  Go ahead and blame me if it makes you feel better.  I am thrilled that you didnt get your hands on their dogs.  With Lisa I know for a fact you were supposed to meet her THE VERY DAY BEFORE YOU MET ME. 
I am 100% convinced you were going to make her drive 3 hours and then try to hand her a phony check as well.  Fortunately, She was smart enough to figure you out.

With the others, werent you supposed to PAY for the puppies you were attempting to acquire BEFORE YOU TOOK DELIVERY OF THEM?  Oh, thats right, you were sending out that legitimate deposit again like you did with me but then you were going to attempt to get those dogs without paying them off either.  Just so you know, if you send a non-refundable deposit and then do not hold up your end of the agreement to pay for the puppies, you dont get the puppy and you lose your deposit.  It is your own fault for sending out deposits on 10 different dogs within a months time and then not being able to pay for them; not mine.  You had $500 from the sale of my dogs, what did you do with that money?  You certainly didnt send it to me.  Perhaps you should have paid it to one of those other breeders you owed money to?

And where were you going to keep all these dogs?  You live in a little two bedroom house in an area that does not allow dozens of dogs on your property.  That means you are either out of compliance with your local laws or you are storing the dogs somewhere else, perhaps on the farm that you show on your website?  You put up all these photos of dogs and horses and buildings on your website to make you look like this responsible, caring, wealthy woman but in reality you dont even own the house you currently live in. Yes, I talked to your family.  I learned how you have stolen from hundreds of people and how you are currently taking advantage of a kind old man.  Ive learned that you've never worked a day in your life and live off disability payments and what you can steal.  I know that the farm does not belong to you and that you twist your words to make people see you in a flattering light when reality is so very ugly for you.  Ive heard how your own family had to disown you because you stole from them and so many of their friends.  I was encouraged by your own flesh and blood to do whatever I could to throw you in jail how does that make you feel?  The people that are supposed to have your back, support you and defend you, your own family Kelly, even they have called you out to be a liar and a thief. 

Your lies are going to get the best of you.  I am not going to let this go until you admit that you stole my dogs and have made up a huge set of lies about me.  You can either do that here, or in court.  I do not appreciate your efforts to ruin my good name and I will fight you to clear my reputation. Go ahead and check me out.  Call everyone who has ever gotten a dog from me, my family members, other breeders, anyone you want.  Try to find some dirt, you wont be able to.  I certainly did call every phone number I could when I found out what a scoundrel you were.  Id have called your parents too if Id have found their number.  Someone needs to stop you.  You failed to mention that I also left you email messages all saying the same thing. I said I was aware of what you were doing and that I was going to press charges against you for theft.  Stating things that are factual can be perceived as threats when the truth hurts. I am so sorry that you are such a victim here.  I mean, how dare I actually let people know that YOU STEAL DOGS.  I am so wrong for
not keeping that dirty little secret just between us.  I am probably to blame for all the trouble in your life.  What a joke, take some responsibility for your actions.  Admit you stole my dogs!!!!!!  if not, then produce some sort of PROOF to the contrary so that the world will know that you are indeed an honest woman. 

I will be waiting for you to post some sort of documents that prove either I REFUSED to take back the dogs or you PAID in full for my dogs before you SOLD them.  That is the main issue here.  YOU STOLE MY DOGS!!!!  You can try to divert attention away from that fact by writing all your gibberish but the truth remains.  You are the only person who is guilty of a crime. YOU STOLE MY DOGS.

I just want to make it clear that Kelly that puppy has never had another deposit before me. You made a deposit after me AS I had a deposit on him from birth. I was in contact with Brenda since Kor-ee was pregnant for a blue male. And only reason I did not get him and he fell back up for sale is because I had a family emergency and had to care for my grand mother with cancer. And don't worry how much I had on him your clearly off on the deposit and how much I had paid towards the puppy. And I was never screwed over by Brenda, We are still very close. And I actually have done business with Judy and have a lovely puppy by her and would never see her stealing money and scamming anyone. Or anyone you are naming for that matter. 
So before you bring in that the puppy had so many deposits on him yada yada. He hasn't he had mine and then yours and then when you never finished paying him off. ( when someone doesn't fulfill there obligation to pay a puppy off a breeder has the right to keep the deposit. common sense.) he had the last n final who indeed got him..

Jackie im a grown up and not a child like you are, im doing this the grown up way and dealing with law enforcement and attorney generals and was keeping it OUT of the public unlike you! You are the one slandering myself, my children , my family members no matter what state they live in, my son in law that has never met you or heard of you until he was told by another breeder what was going on, you are bringing innocent by standers into this that have had NOTHING to do with you! You have called my family members and contacting them on facebook and harrassing them also, believe me they have informed me of all your actions ,Only between you and i is the dispute and of course the other breeders involved that i was dealing with on seperate issues that frankley is none of your business, i do have proof that Dia DOES NEED SURGERY, i have the proof from Jennifer herself on my daughters cell phone when Jennifer took her to the VCA Vet they to said Dia needs surgery, she has something major wrong with her knee and other issues im sure your aware of, i did not ignore you by not answering emails or phone calls, you INFACT threatend my family on a voice mail on my home phone that was very disturbing to law enforcement and my family, you should be old enough to know not to leave a voice mail threatening a family , you are 46 not 2, arent you? If you are a christian woman than why dont you act like one and quit trying to cover your tracks, why are you not telling people about the money i paid you and how you agreed to hold a check for few weeks, you are the one that knew i couldnt afford Finn until my check clear,d from Delta that i showed you when we met up , I tryed to work with you and you drove me crazy, i told you come get the dogs, i didnt care, i certainley did not want a dog that needed surgery Jackie, why would i purchase Dia for the $300 i paid you and have to have an exspensive surgery done on her, its not that i didnt love her but im sorry im not a rich person and i was told the surgery was very exspensive, you should have met back up and just took them back, you changed your mind and didnt want to, instead you asked for pictures daily by cell phone and frankley that got to be annoying, we had to send you pictures daily with the dates on a piece of paper, thats ridiculous, so i rehomed the dogs in the proper home i thought was right for them, what i dont understand is you say i stole the dogs, i had dia paid for before we ever even met so why would you accuse me of stealing her or even finn when we had a agreement? And i do have all the reciepts of the money sent on all these dogs or i certainley would not have called the law in the states involved with the other breeders if i couldnt produce the proof, i had to fax  all the proof to the sheriffs departments except the 1 and Josh had to mail his the other day by registerd mail to the Mississippi Sheriff, different law enforcements do things different and they wanted it mailed all together what he had to show what Judy done to him and has never sent his money back, You turned Gina against me because of your lies and that was just wrong, Gina and i had no problems what so ever, i actually thought she was one of the honest breeders but in the end i found out different, she to stole the $200 deposit when she canceled the sell, all the others also canceled the sell, i DID NOT, so if a breeder cancels the sale than by law you the breeder have to give the buyers money back. You cant keep collecting deposits and just keep the money and not go thru with the sell. Lisa Ashlock was asked to meet me at 7pm rather than 6pm and she refused on friday the 15th of June, said it was to late that she wanted to be home by dark, that was the only day i had arranged to meet her, we did not have plans on the 11th like shes saying, thats the day she took the dogs to the vet, when she said 1 hour difference was to late for her on the 15th yes i did say okay we,ll do it a different day than i made plans for another day, Lisa is 10 hours from me and the day i went to meet her i was 7 hours from home and been in the car a total of 13 hours with there being a terrible accident on the interstate with traffic backed up to a stand still for hours, my daughter sent Lisa pictures of the accident to show her the mess we were in and when we got to Joplin we were exausted and needed a nap and for my daughter thats 7 monthes pregnant to rest, her ankles were swollen horrible and were hurting bad, she is a high risk pregnancy, i wanted to meet up with Lisa the next morning or ANYTIME that very next day since it was so late already, it would of been 2:30am when we would of got to Clarksville,Ar and than another 3 hours back to Joplin to get a motel room and we couldnt go anymore, we would of fallen asleep and been involved in a accident or something, my husband was furious Lisa would NOT let us pick the dogs up the next day at anytime she was free and she REFUSED and said ABSOULTLEY NOT that she was canceling the sale and we couldnt pick up the dogs, so we drove a 13 hour trip to Joplin and 7 hours back home for nothing because Lisa wouldnt let us pick up the dogs even when we said we would come to her house so it wouldnt be inconvient for her, that was just wrong of her and she to NEVER sent the $400 back just like all the other breeders. You people are scamming people out of deposits, thats against the law and im only defending myself and my family with all the hate speech and slandering you have done to us. I was told by the law to have NO CONTACT with any of you and let them handle these illegal matters you,ve all done but you just keep slandering my name and putting my family members out there in harms way bad mouthing them and they dont even know you. How many more lies are you going to come up with? Your friends should be mad at you for bringing them into all this when it could of just stayed out of the public and in the laws hands like i done, you must need alot of attention to be putting slander and hate speeches on a million websites, do you feel that guilty do do that? Kelly, I finally have a place to contact you - so nice to hear from you after refusing to answer my emails, phone calls and texts.  I am challenging you in public to provide proof on anything you are saying about me, JACKIE MARTIN of RR BOSTON TERRIERS in WISCONSIN.  I have nothing to hide, never have and never will.  I am a Christian woman and though I forgive you for being misguided, that does not mean I will be a doormat and let you steal from me or attempt to ruin my reputation when I have done nothing wrong. 

1.  How did I bring all these other breeders into your mess?  I happened to have been contacted by one of them, not the other way around.  I had no idea that you were buying dogs all over the country until someone else clued me in on your schemes.

2.  Provide proof that you paid for the 2 dogs you acquired from me.

3.  Provide proof that I sold you a sick dog.

4.  Provide proof of anything you can find anywhere, in emails or on the internet or even in your imagination, where I have slandered or harassed you or your family members.  I have indeed told my story as I did here on this website in order to stop other people from falling for your conniving stories, but everything I've written is factual.  Slander implies telling a FALSE story and MAKING THINGS UP, actually, exactly what you are doing to me and the other breeders you are accusing of being part of this "Dog Crime Ring." 

Feel free to copy and paste any shred of evidence that I have done something wrong.  I am more than happy to post the contract you signed, the copy of the check written on a closed account, 28 pages of emails between us where you assure me you love my dogs and will make good on the bad check, a copy of the Craigslist ad in which you sold my dogs, a letter from the woman who purchased my dogs stating that she took them to the vet the very day she acquired them and neither one was sick or in need of an immediate expensive surgery, or anything else that you'd like me to make public to prove what a liar you are. 

I have no idea why you feel the need to bad mouth a group of boston terrier breeders who did nothing but attempt to work with you in finding you that perfect pet.  YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE in this group who has actually done something WRONG!  YOU STOLE MY DOGS and are now trying to pass the blame on everyone but yourself.  Anyone with any sense about them will read what you have written and see right through you.  I have a duty as a breeder to not only protect myself and my dogs but other breeders as well from people like yourself who prey on our kindness. 

I know you will have nothing to post to collaborate your lies about me.  Therefore, your non-evidence can serve as proof that everything I have stated about you in my initial report here as well as on Facebook and Puppyfind is 100% the truth. 

I look forward to speaking with all the authorities you are sending my way to investigate my illegal activity.  I am sure once I show them my evidence against you, it will only make it much easier to get the charges against you to stick.  Thanks so much for helping me build my case.  I appreciate it.

Lisa just so you know that your so called friends one of them that done me wrong is the one that will NOT QUIT slandering my name, my family members names even my parents and Children, shes nuts and will NOT STOP and she is the one bringing you all into it, iam only defending myself as im tired of the bullcrap you all have put me and my family thru and stolen $1400 from myself and family over these dogs and $500 from my son in law that has NOTHING to do with any of this, Jackie is bringing people into this matter and trying to put my family and friends in HARMS way with her hate speeches and LIEs so im fighting back, Jackie is the one that will be in JAIL from all this slander, you see i bet she hasnt told you that she has slanderd my name not only on facebook i was told but on many websites includeing puppyfind, she has dug her grave by far over all this slander as she is in a world of trouble with the law with this slander and acting like a 2 year old, she seriousley needs to grow the hell up and get a life and drop off the face of the earth, im the one that should be doing what shes doing by telling the world how you 5 breeders have scammed my family and my son in law out of $1700, you all have made up excuses is to why you kept my money and never let me pick up the dog/dogs, the only reason 5 of you were contacted to buy a dog is because you all kept screwing me over and over so i would just call someone else to buy a dog when screwed over each time, it all started with Brenda Dillon changeing the price of the dog several times from $1200 to $1400 to $1500 than $2000, shes absoultly nuts and a major crook, she sold that pup to 4 diff people before it actually went to a home, each time it was sold she was collecting $400 deposits each time by paypal and money grams, i had kept my mouth shut as im a grown up not a 2 year old child like Jackie slandering my name and other innocent family members, i only reported you all to the sheriff department and attorney generals in your states etc but nothing on public view except on the ads that were posted of the pups i bought and the one Josh had paid $500 on to Judy Thomas and only owed $200 and she had the pup forsale 2 days after she cashed Joshs money order and that is a FACT as he has pictures to prove it from another breeder, truth is the truth, you,ve all been mentioned today because i was notifyed on Jackies slandering and she will not stop it, she shouldnt have sold a sick dog that needed surgery right away, and just for the record you all that say i run a kennel, a ya NO I DO NOT, you all have the apparent puppymills and kennels, my chihuahuas are in my home by my side and sleep with me at night, go to my website, i take care of my animals unlike you breeders, i raised chihuahuas over 10 years ago for many years and never at 1 time had over 6 adults at a time and its none of your business rather i have 2 dogs or 6 dogs if i want to buy another i can your not my boss, i was going to get back into raiseing a litter a year last fall and than just backed out when my male i bought out of florida that i wanted as my prize male died on a Delta flight on the way home because of the idiot breeder wanting to ship him when he weighed 7 ounces, to many stupid breeders out there that only care about the money and not the dogs, you all need stopped to stealing deposits and canceling sales for stupid reasons that is called THEFT! I dropped this long before now except with law enforcement on you guys, but thanx to your dear friend Jackie and her hate speeches and lies and slander she has brought you all into it and im not going to sit back and let it happen, i will tell everyone what you,ve done when your all acting so innocent when you,ve all stolen $1700.00 and i have the proof to show anyone!!! Jackie, Arent you just glad you had to bring your friends into this today? Your the one that pushed my wrong button, tell your friends to thankyou for keeping this out in public like a 2 year old. My name is Lisa Ashlock and I am the owner and operator of Ashlock Yankee Bostons.  Kelly Schram has no right saying I stole dogs and money from her.  My website clearly states that the only way you get a deposit back is in the event of the death of a pup or if a pup does not pass his health check.  Kelly was given 3 chances to come and get her puppies...I was more than flexible in trying to get those pups to her, but firmly believe it was in the best interest of the pups that the meet up never happened.  For one she told me the same thing she told Jackie that she only had 2 older chihuahua's.  Clearly a lie since she operates her own kennel with several dogs  I too thought I had found the perfect home for my pups.  First Diamond then Coal...a blessing I thought to have two siblings grow up together.  She is a smooth talker and I fell for everything she said hook, line and sinker.

 We entered into the agreement on May 15 to acquire Diamond, shortly after that Coal.  I told her the deposit was $250 per pup and that I would accept a personal check so long as it cleared before 6 weeks of age, which at that point they are to be paid in full too.  I also told her I accepted paypal.  She kept giving me a story about some check being mailed to the wrong address and when it got there she would mail me a check.  I finally received a money order for $400 instead of $500...I let it go because she was getting two of our pups.  On May 26th she told me she would get the pups on June 11th.  I got up early that day to take the pups to the vet so I could meet her 3 hours away with the pups only to find out her daughter, who is pregnant, had a doctors appointment she couldn't change.  I let it go and we set another date and time being June 15 at 6...she wrote me at 4 a.m. that morning asking to change the time to a little later because she was unable to meet...I only said to her "I would rather keep it the same"...never said I wouldn't meet her.  She responded back around 12 that day "well I guess we will have to do it another day then"...another day down for me because I had rescheduled to this date.,..at that point I had decided not to let her have the dogs, was going to send her deposit back and she threw a fit and told me how heartbreaking it was for her family who was looking forward to getting those new puppies.  She told me about how she lost a chihuahua months before on a flight and how devastating it was...it tugged at my heart so I told her she had one more chance to get the pups...no changing the times.  We had a very full schedule and was leaving on a trip so time was tight...she chose Friday June 29th at 7...I also told her I could not make the 3 hour drive but would meet her an hour away.

 Around 4 or 5 that day I get a message from her saying they are stuck in traffic somewhere north of Joplin MO...she said their had been a bad wreck and traffic was at a standstill for hours.  I told her that was fine, to let me know when they made it to Joplin and we would just meet her later...she responded it would be 10-12 that night...I told her that was fine...I would still meet....around 8 that night I get a text from her daughter saying they were in Joplin and needed to rest...I said that was fine, what time will you be in Clarksville?  She said she didn't know...so I waited, and waited and waited....finally around 1130 I text her to see where they were...no response...at 1230 that night I get a very nasty email from her husband saying how inconsiderate I was and they wanted their money sent back immediately.  I told them no, they did not show up for 3 times and it was not my fault on any of them.  I told them to feel free to contact an attorney and they said they would contact our local sherif and report me.  I told them to do what they felt they had to do.  I then posted on my Facebook what had happened to let other breeders just beware and if they sold any dogs to them to go in with open eyes.  

It was at that point that all these other breeders started telling me all their experiences with her.  One lady even read me an email that is almost exactly word for word for the email Kelly had sent me.  I will happily provide all documentation on any of this transaction along with many, many great references.  I am not sure what this lady's problem is but she is the one who has done many dogs wrong...even tho this has turned into a huge hassle for me, I am forever grateful my pups did not go to that lady.  I too failed my pups....

I Did nothing wrong but be ripped off by RR Bostons AKA Jackie Martain and her 5 friends, they are scamming people out of alot of money in dog deposits, They have stolen $1700.00 from my family and my son in law, Jackie Martain of 6420 king road Rhinelander, Winsconsin 54501 Phone Number 715-272-1966 Sold me two SICK Boston Terriors , one needed surgery as soon as possible, She is not telling everyone about the $300 Money gram she was sent from i and the money she recieved to cover the check she was holding for the dog she PUSHED on me to keep it with its mother even though she was 8 monthes old and did not need her mother, Jackie has been paid and REFUSED to take the dogs back and give me my money back so YES i did rehome them to another home two weeks after i had them when i was told she did not want them back, I put them in a home to someone that could afford a very exspensive surgery on the older female, I did not plan on buying a dog that needed a serious surgery right off the bat, Jackie cares nothing about her dogs dont let her fool you, She is only money hungry like her 5 friends, Her friend Judy Thomas in Mississippi Stole $500 from my son in law with the omaha address she has on this complaint, She had him send a us postal money order on monday July 2nd she recieved it and cashed it and resold the SAME dog 2 days later on July 4th so she stole another persons money, my son in law was buying the dog for $700 and had paid her $500 and was going to pay the balance of $200 when he flew out to get the dog and thats when another breeder informed him Judy Thomas was scamming him out of his $500 so he turned her into the Pike County Sheriffs department with a felony charge and federal charges as it was a federal us postal money order she cashed of his, Her other friend Brenda Dillon STOLE $400 from myself and i found out she collected 4 $400 deposits on the same dog and fianally let a woman have the dog as a co ownership so even after she collected 4 diff deposits of $400 she STILL co-owns the dog, unbelievable!! Her other friend Gina Edwards of Oklahoma stole $200 from me on a deposit on her pup Flash and she to has charges on her thru the Sheriffs dept. Her other friend, Lisa Ashlock of Ashlock Yankee Bostons stole $400 from me on a deposit and she to CHARGEd with theft charges and federal for another us postal money order, Her other friend of Chiming Kennel in Texas stole $200 deposit and same deal, they each and everyone of them are pending on theft charges for running these dog scamms that they planned out. Jackie Martain of Winsconsin that put this complaint on this website has slandered my name my chidrens names and other family members all over several websites and facebook which the police are looking into to charge her with, she has put my family in harms way with her hate speechs that are all lies, the lady needs to grow up and act her age and get a life and a different job other than stealing innocent peoples hard earned money and quit dealing with her friends in these scams because the sheriff will get to the bottom of it and they will ALL rott in JAIL where they belong!! If you want to see of all the money reciepts they scammed us out of i will SHOW ANYONE so they have NO DEALINGS WITH THESE CROOKS!
