Tire Kingdom Bought four rims here, still missing two screws, its been a month. They keep says they will be in next week. Kissimmee, Florida

Bought four rims here, after they had put the rims on they tell me its missing two screws which are for the small caps in the center of the rims. They told me it would be in next week. Its been a month now still dont have the screws, I have been calling them once to twice a week they keep telling me the same thing it will be in next week. At the time I had no choice not to take rims because the front rim was busted so I had to drive away with the new rims on. I am still waiting on the screws from them I have not been officially ripped of yet but its starting to sound like it.
