My husband & I both recieved oil changes on March 6th. My husband had the tires on his truck rotated. The tech. did not check the air pressure & when we picked up the truck we noticed the tires low. When I asked the manager why he did not check them or at least tell us the tires needed air he said we didn't ask him. I told him that no one had changed the sticker in the vechicle to tell us when it was time to change the oil again. His response was they were busy. I have called the main number to Tire Kingdom to complain. However, I have yet to recieve a call back. Don't shop at Tire Kingdom! They just don't care about customer service

Quick Lubes Not The Answer

Take your vehicle to a local dealership and have
them remove the oil filter and pour the oil out.

They should be able to determine the condition of
your oil. Fast lubes have a very high turn over of personnel and are poorly trained. You get
what you pay for. Want tires??? Tire Kingdom.

Need reqularly schduled maintenance? Take it to
a dealership. Yes you may a little more, but
those folks are trained for what to look out for
on your particular vehicle.

I took my car into Jiffy Lube 3 weeks ago for an oil change. Was told my oil was full of sludge because the oil had not been changed for 10,000 miles. It is a toss up on which company is lying to me. Both companies are calling the other a liar. DO NOT USE TIRE KINGDOM!
