Went in for advertised special of buy 3 tires get one free, was told I needed to purchase an alignment to get that deal I asked for store manager, turns out I was already speaking to him! When I pulled the ad up on my iPad and showed him that it said nothing anywhere about purchasing an alignment he said ok we will honor that, I felt like telling everyone in the waiting room. That is a rip off, do they think everyone is stupid! This was my first time at tire kingdom, I have always used Firestone without a problem, also Firestone has free lifetime flat repair, when I got a nail in one of my tires from tire kingdom about. A month later, it cost me 20- to have it patched, rip off! Next time I will go back to (((competitor's name redacted))) or (((redacted))) down the street, I have always heard good things about them.
