Well its kinda hard to figure out how to start the story I guess from the start of it all. I ordered some specialty tires that were rather expensive and they were all paid for mounting balance. My tires came (only the tires) with no rims, they didn't know what happened. (okay fine) then the rims came in next day. I went to get them and they wouldn't give them up till i paid again to have them balanced and mounted then i got home looked and they were not my tires i ordered 35's i got 33's how didn't they notice that at first, i called they couldn't believe what happened so they had to look what happened gave me a call back and they don't know what happened to the 35's, they must of walked away! So i had to re-order tires, but wait no more tires like the ones I ordered so now i have to settle a different brand of tire. Now i have waited for a total time of 4 weeks instead of one, but during the waiting time they called me and wanted me to come drop off the wrong tires(mind you I live an hour away) and i said no not till for sure the right ones are in and the lady calling got mad at me and hung up on me. I called them back to check up on the status of my tires where abouts and they said they could not track them down to tell me when they would be in then once again hung up on me (but if they cant track them down how did they know the original tires i ordered were gone??). Okay my tires are in and guess what they want to charge me yet again for mounting and balancing for the third time so in conclusion I am in aww that this company is still up and running and i promise i will rather drive five hours to get service then drive one block to these guys hope this helps everyone.
