Tires Plus Stapleton, Denver, Co Suspect sabatouged Isuzu Trooper CV boots to perform expensive repair Denver, Colorado

I had an Isuzu Trooper wheels aligned at Tires Plus after recommendation from Sam's Club tire installers to get an alignment since Sam's only installs tires. Tires Plus was conveniently located near Sam's Club. When paying we noticed a notation that the CV boots were torn. We received a quote for over $800 to replace CV boots. Although the axle was undamaged they advised us to replace the axle and that it was a lengthy procedure. They advised us to schedule a whole day and possible two days to make the repair. I felt uneasy when a service technician told us to "stand back in case you get angry" when he gave us the quote for the repair. Afterwards, we returned to Sam's Club where I talked to the tire installer and quickly I inspected the cv boots.  I found they were cleanly cut around the entire circumference of the cv boots on both front wheels.  There were no other cracks in the CV boot rubber, no grinding or clicking when turning and it is now October. CV boots normally crack in extreme cold weather when turning the steering wheel immediately when starting driving before allowing the friction to warm the cv joints. The grease was also fresh and clean. Had the joints cracked during the winter they would be dirty.  The vehicle only needs the CV boots replaced and repacked with grease. Why are you trying to con me Tires Plus?
