As a consumer I took my car into Tires Plus thinking because it was a big company that I would be guaranteed good work however that was the biggest mistake I could've of ever made in my life. I paid a substantial amount for my car to be fixed and in return I got nothing but dehumanizing service in return. My car and same part they worked on failed a total of 6 times although they claimed to have fixed it each time and remind you I was in tires plus just about ever month for the past year every time I got my car back I notice things wrong with it that never had problems before and not only that even after the 3rd time it was breaking down with same symptoms the day after my Mother had passed away Tire Plus failed to provide my family with any road side assistance instead they said the vp was on vacation and could not take any calls so we had limited funds and had no choice but to take our chances and try to make it to the next city that had a tires plus which was 4 hrs away mind you we could only drive 40 mph and we drove like this in 100 degree weather with our baby and had just missed a tornado by ten minutes. Tires plus refused to do anything since they had already fixed it 3 times for free they say but isn't that there policy for there work I guess not. We drove the car til the surpentine belt finally snapped and my car literally broke down at the cemetary where we buried my Mom it was so devastating and the saddest time in my life we where stranded in a little town for 5 days until they finally sent a tow truck and fixed the car for the fourth time UNBELIEVEABLE BUT TRUE STORY!!! The car only ran for a month and the same part broke down again then again and then again now I took it to a shop that specializes in the make and model however they said my car is totaled and the damages are over 10,000 dollars and that it was not worth fixing. I do not know what to do because my car was a very nice car with a dvd player I mean luxury edition and now I am left without a vehicle which also caused me to miss work and every time we broke down my families lives were in danger because there was construction going on and we had no choice but to drive 40 mph and would have to pull over turn off the car and restart again because it would make a LOUD NOISE!!! MIND U in two lane traffic we had to pull over on very low shoulders to let Disiels pass as we could not go more than 40mph...we had severe anxiety and I often left tire plus in tears due to the poor treatment I often received because they always made reference to them taking care of the bill but it was all there faults so why make me feel bad!!!

You never mentioned what part they fixed,and the next garage told you it was totaled and it would cost you 10 grand to fix,that would only be true if it was a Maserati.If we are talking about the motor.
