I purchased tires from tires-easy.com. I am not happy with this company they don't care about there customers only getting money! I received tires that were poorly packed they were all smashed up together when I took them to a tire shop they said they were not the right size. I called tires-easy customer service and talked to a lady with broken English she asured me that the were indeed the right size for that rim. I took them to another tire shop they got them on but the tires would not hold air.the michanic said that these tires were old and had cracks on the side walls.

I called customer service back and talked to 4 different foreigners and they all gave me different answers. One said you cannot return then because they have been mounted another said I can only return two of them and get half back...(that does not make sense). I ended up asking to talk to a manager to only get the response that the manager was not around by one guy and another would not answer me when I asked for one he was very rude just kept over talking me and changing the subject. I sent them several emails asking if I could send them back and get my money back and have not received any response.

I will never use this company again. They are a horrible company that do not care about there customers or do not care what kind of product they sell you or that they put "new" on old tires. Do not waste your time plans money on this company cause you will get ripped off by them.

 I purchased 2 Yokohama tires online from Tire-Easy.Com and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. The tires were shipped so quickly shipping could not be stopped. Three day arrivial via UPS from CA to IN!  I found I could use these tires on another vehicle so I called them and said I'd keep them. I was tolld UPS would pick them up for FREE return ship if I did not want them. That same day UPS arrived with a return label for free return shipping! Meanwhile I had re-ordered the proper size and again got them in 3 days! I must add, these tires were purchased at a substantial savings over other sellers. (20%) My experiences with Tire-Easy on their tires,shipping speed and communications can only be described as most satisfactory and I would repeat buy without hesitation.
