The person Michael Fox-Junker, had wrote the wrong # for our account. They said to mail a money order with documents from wth our bank account. They said they never recieved my money order but shows it was cashed Aug 2nd, and since Sept, money was taken out of our account. We also have mailed another money order that was recieved. as money still being taken from our account. They said all the money will not be taken from our account untill this is resolved. Today OCt. 2nd, money wa taken out again. Now I have nothing to get milk, bread, or gas money for my husband to get to work. I had a trave put onto this money order they never recieved. But yet, the doument with our account is being used. They have not followed through with there promise, as I complied fully with Titan alarm. I am upset, they have been taking money even when they said they would put a stop to it emmediately. They like to repeat themselves, and we get no where all the time. They have excuses, and they will not be understanding. They can say sorry all they want, but how is that going to feed my kids? This has been going on since June. And they also said money will be taken out o the 15th of each month, and has been taken out on the 2nd of each month. For people that have not recieved the money order or the papers with our account, they have cashed, and taken out of our account. Please, with all my heart, help us.
