I was called on the phone and told I was approved for a visa from bank of America, they needed $299.00 from my account to secure this card. If the money was not in my account I would be charged $50.00 for processing and then would be denied the card, the card charge amount would be for $2,500.00, so I gave them my account # to withdraw the funds, that was on april 9th, 2004 and to this date I have nothing.
