My bank has been very cooperative and faxed the receipt of withdraw to me and then immediately closed my account. I tried to call the customer service number for Titan Financial but the number immediately disconnects. I then called the customer service number for the check processing company, NETCHEX (1-888-888-4565), and they promised me a refund... we shall see.
