Just like the other reports, Titan Financial had called me claiming to be a credit card company. They promised me a mastercard if I gave them a security deposit of $299.00. They issued a check through Netchex to my bank, and no credit card ever came. Now since it was not an electric withdrawl I am pretty sure I won't be able to get my money back.
