After 4 months of being undocumented they finally were able to get a license with the BAR on 07/31/2012, this means every repair that was started and or completed prior to that date they have to refund or can not charge for. That is over $300,000 in repairs. In addition the IRS can and will request records of every check or bill paid and have the 1099's for all of their vendors so that they can go after everyone who is not paying their taxes.

So the tow truck drivers who were and still skimming and scamming in collusive work with the management of Titanium are all in the same boat. the IRS, FTB and and the state tax boards have been notified.

I used to work here. They are not even registered with the BAR (Bureau of Automove Repair) which means they can not charge for repairs until they are licensed. I was let go after I raised concerns about how they were repairing cars and how they were treating customers.

This company is not even registerd with the BAR (Bureau of Automotive repair) wich means they can not even charge to do repairs per California state law.
