-This sadistic, demon of a Company says they will work with you.
-They say they will do whatever they can to help you.
-They say they want nothing more than customer satisfaction.

-They also tell lies and ruin the lives of their customers.

-This company should be in prison.
-This company will tow your car, even if your only 14 days late.
-This company will tow your car, and not even so much as warn you.
-This company won't tell me where my car is as required by the law.

-The downfall of this company has become a personal goal of mine.

-I work as a Director of Marketing, and will be using my entire SEO skill-set to destroy their reputation, expose the truth about them. I will send every consumer-warning and consumer-services group my experience, I will not sleep until Title Max (Corporate) follows up and requests that I stop posting.

-Some friends in my inner-circle are hackers, and very good ones.  The possibility that they may aid in my venture to bring Title Max down.

Title Max... I hope you sincerely all die in horrific car crashes, oh sweet Irony.

Kind Regards,

Read Your Contract

AUTHOR: Anony Mous - ()

POSTED: Sunday, May 04, 2014

I'm sorry sir, but you are in default. In the event of default your vehicle can and will be repossesed. I am sure you have passed the grace period. If you are unable to pay back your loan, you should not take one out especially if you are using your vehicle as collateral. People are so desperate for money that they do not read the contract. The contract tells you what will happen if you do not make payments. Now I understand that people need help, but a title loan is 30 days. If you knew that you weren't able to make on time payments, why take out a loan period? I'm sorry, you get no empathy from me. I agree that title loans are scams, but without proper research and brushing up on legal terms (because the contract is a legal document) you fall prey to these type of companies because it is so easy to get the money.

Won't 'work with you'?

AUTHOR: Ramjet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, February 17, 2013

'won't work with you' is usually a nice way of saying that you are not paying your bills on time and that you think that should be OK with the company.

Do you really think they should warn you that they are repossessing  your car?  That would be ridiculous.

Just pay your bills on time and you won't have to deal with any of this.   You'd be able to deal with a regular loan company or bank.

Hard to believe you're SEO of ANYTHING...

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

POSTED: Saturday, February 16, 2013

These lenders are a last resort for serial deadbeats and you are living up to your past. They can repo on ONE DAY late and do NOT need to warn you so you can hide the car...how dumb is that? Your anger is misdirected, YOU are the one not paying as agreed. No Ripoff here. No, I don't work for them.
