Title Max Kyle store mgr. i spoke to the manager Kyle about a late payment.he told me i had until days end. i got home from work & repo guy is in driveway. i had no idea they were going to repo since i just spoke to him . Greenville, North Carolina

I took a loan from Title Max almost one year ago. In May i called to get the pay off bou they would not give it to my wife (her name is not on account)  she has talked to them every time to make payments and everything else,  BUT when sht tried to pay it off they will not talk to her.  I was working from daylight to dark in another state & didnt have time to deal with them and they suddenly wont deal with my wife.  SO during all this the payment got behind 20 days ,   they start calling  ten times a day  so i spoke to the new store mgr. Kyle told him i was going to pay off  the loan when i get home from work this evening. (since i finally had the payoff amount)     He says that is fine i need to pay it today. SO i get off work go to my house to pick up money and account #   i hear something outside & guess what  REPO guy.   He told me to call title max so i call and they said well i did not give you a commitment. When i spoke to him that morning nothing was said about a repo NOTHING, i was told everything is fine i did not get a letter  a  call  nothing saying they were going to take it.   NOW TO THE GOOD PART-- i paid the truck off , paid extra 300 bucks for repo  got it back all is well.  I was on my way home from work around 10 pm and see  my truch being pulled up the road  with wheels turned and locked to side so it was not rolling it was dragging and bouncing up the road. I get the guy to stop after a half a mile spend two hours on side of road trying to tell this guy i just got truck back from repo well he finally gets someone on phone & leaves my truck on side of road.    i get in it to take it home and it will not go,    something  is running out from under the truck  and it is making loud noise and will not work in four wheel drive.  what can i do about this  is it not a law that they can not take it 2 times and tear it up too???
