Title Max Very deceptive and lied about everything, including how much interest we have to pay back and the interest rate. We were two days late and they called my phones every hour and even came and knocked clarksville, Tennessee

My husband is a disabled veteran who went to TitleMax for a loan. He is currently on ten medications and has (TBI)traumatic brain injury and PTSD to name a couple of his disabilities.Title Max lied and said that it was only going to cost $400 on top of the $2000 he borrowed against our paid off 2003 Expedition(EddieBauer) and that our payments would decrease with time.
We have been paying seven months and we haven't started on principal.

Our lowest payment has been $350 and if we are one day late, they call non-stop and send someone to beat on our door at 9am. They are extremely rude and even had the nerve to ask him about his finances including electric bill and water bill(if we paid them). They are taking advantage of a disabled American veteran who served in the Infantry in Iraq(3 times). I am sickened at their behavior and the injustice of it all.
