When payment is due I would call or she would (leeann) call I would answer the call. This last payment was due and she called and even came by. I'll Question that. Whatever! I would talk to her about what I'm going through with my daughters and there mother, I pay child support I also have the girls.
Yea if you reading this you say what it's true.
So I'm going to court to stop the garnisment. I went and the judge charge me with contempt sent me in for 30 days. I was let go early. The payment was 2 weeks past due I get out to go to work and they have taken it.
So I call the B tch She has an attitude because I said that she nu something was wrong because I was not answering my phone or called her back. Now she going to tell me they are going to charge me late fee for thirty days but only give two weeks before they repo it and I have to pay the full amount before I get my auto back. This procesure does not sound like a company that indicate that you would get your title back. So I'm going to write a letter to the main office. Because even on their own web page they indicated that they would do all they can before repo because they will not get what the loan is for With all the fees they will have to pay and the loan amount.

POSTED: Friday, August 05, 2011- You were in jail, after being sentenced to 30 days for contempt. Which means you probably really ticked off the judge.
The fact is you got a Title Loan and these are equivalent to a Payday loan with the high interest rates and payment requirements. They do however have one exception. If you fail to pay the loan they can repossess your car. Unfortunately there is no "Get out of Jail Free" card so to speak. So even if you are in Jail the payment must be made. If not they have the right to repossess your car. They also have the right to request full payment in order to return the car.
The only valid issue you may have is them charging you the late fee for being 30 days late if you get current again before the 30 days. However, they can charge you a fee for the repossession which could be a few hundred dollars.
