This company is not legitimate, they leer you in with affordable prices and free shipping then once you place an order they have you fill out a survey about your experience with them, of course up to that point the experience seems to be positive however after that you wait weeks almost a full month for your order without being informed that your order is being shipped from Hong Kong through the mail.

Once I received my order which was a wireless mouse I quickly learned that it was cheaply made and defective. I contacted the company multiple times throughout the process and I got the idea that they are used to complaints about their company but are used to also giving a sad apaology and getting away with the consumers money. This really needs to stop and hopefully whoever reads this will not be scammed like I was.

I emailed them multiple times while waiting for my order and then they told me it was coming from Hong Kong and it would take a while which was my first time hearing that. I wish that I would have read all of the negative reviews on Bizrate.com because then I would have been aware of all of this before ordering. Now they are telling me that I have to return the order and pay for the return so that I can get a refund.

Wow Kelsea, I can see things go right over your head, hmmm you wouldnt happen to be connected with this co. somehow would ya? The point is I waited over a month to get a DEFECTIVE product. My opinion of this company is completely true and as you can see many ppl feel the same way, so deal with it. And that new shipping feature that they added is not impressive and most likely was added due to the constant complaints received so check your resources before you speak. BTW "not completely true" doesnt sound like a good argument to me. The list of complaints speak for themselves!

Actually, "tmart" does tell you where the item is being shipped from. When you are browsing their merchandise, it has details telling you whether it is being shipped from their Hong Kong/International warehouse, or their U.S warehouse, it says underneath the item, and even has a tiny symbol after you add it to your cart. It is up to the person ordering to choose whether he/she would prefer to have it from U.S or not. There were a few things I thought about buying but then realised they were from the Hong Kong/International warehouses, therefore I decided on the similar item which had a U.S label instead because I did not want to wait as long. You just have to pay attention to all the details, which most who are willing to buy off the internet hopefully have the common sense to do.

AUTHOR: sandie - ()

POSTED: Saturday, May 11, 2013

This guy is the same Tmart customer service. From Tmart answers here I recognize all Tmart customer service use the same name in their answers and this customer service every time he writes as a customer service then right after he writes a rebuttal  positive review for his company under different names all from australia and all are written same time and same date as his customer service's posting. He probably does the same on other websites.

We can't blame him he is doing his JOB. we only blam Tmart for the scam

TMART is a SCAM

AUTHOR: brittanyl1124 - ()

POSTED: Thursday, March 21, 2013

I recently ordered merchandise off of Tmart.com. The website seemed legit and I'm not a stranger to ordering things online so I went ahead with my purchase. The website claimed to have short shipping, so like other items I've purchased online in the past, I went on the website to try and track my package. The website claimed at that point the items I ordered were back-ordered, never previously stating that before I made my purchase and that the items were untraceable since they were never shipped, however, they had already charged my credit card for the full amount of the items. I then tried to contact some kind of customer service to try and cancel my order. I made over ten email attempts, tried to do their "live chat" which is constantly "unavailable" and tried to find a number to call to speak to a customer service representative from their website which there was no number available listed on the website. I contacted my credit card company which gave me a number listed when they charged my card from their website. I tried calling said number and it sounded like I got someones cell phone voicemail stating "leave your user name and phone number and we'll call you back". No one ever answers this number, I've left numerous messages, numerous emails, tried to do this "live chat" numerous times with everytime being a failed attempt. I've filed a dispute claim with my credit card company because I refuse to pay for merchandise I never even received. This company has never tried to contact me in response to my emails or claims. I'm wondering if anyone else has had problems with this company, and if so what they did to rectify it? I'm beyond frustrated, I work really hard for my money and don't appreciate being scammed. If anyone has any information on this company, please contact me. Thank you.

Agree - Tmart Customer Service Non-existent

AUTHOR: Alex-H. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, March 13, 2013

Supporting the original writer and not Tmart because I'm trying to deal with them on a separate issue.  Customer service responded to me with a polite, we are sorry, but we can't access any information about your order once it has been made.  The response I received follows:
"Dear Customer ,
This is the greeting from Tmart.com service.

Once place an order , we will email you the order number , date .We can not
check other information nothing about us .

Sorry for any inconvenience caused by us ."

Why did I ask them for information on the order that "I" placed?  The order was placed by a person being investigated for fraud for using my card after he, the server at a restaurant I went to, used my card information on the site.  The order was placed in my name, using my information, but I don't have an order number.  That's perfect right, because, "Once place an order... we can not check other information, nothing about us."

Literally, the definition of rip off and no customer service.

Sorry to hear your plight with them man, good luck.

Define " Customer Service"

AUTHOR: D.C. - (USA)

POSTED: Tuesday, January 15, 2013

I have written a very long report of my own on ripoff report, submitted pics, and responded to one other consumer complaint. Customer service means that the company is serving, taking are of the customer. There is no customer service if they continue to operate in the very same manner, and if there is no service or improvement for past and present " shortcomings", how do they call it customer service? In my experience, this company had a multitude of chances to refund me for various reasons. And many others, I see. This is not just a fluke thing. Either broken merchandise, missing merchandise, or shipping fees they offer but could not possibly deliver on time. They are giving you the run around and saying they will help you AT THE SAME TIME, TRUST ME. they buy time this way and run you in circles until you give up. After close to 100 emails back and forth,
( and they ALWAYS start a new email instead of following the thread to further confuse the issues at hand because a different person answers your emails each time). they never refunded me my $50 I paid for 1-3 day shipping after they stated my items would be shipped from US warehouse, and then found out it was all coming from Hong Kong. And I ordered $400 worth of makeup products that were not delivered on time for customers who then cancelled their orders as they were suppose to be holiday gifts. and the story doesn't end there but...... All the nice, polite responses promising to help, I am very familiar with. They will accept no responsibility for their shoddy company and continue to rip off consumers.

Tmart Customer Service Horrible

AUTHOR: PumpkinCarvr - (Canada)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 09, 2013

I ordered a few products from this website. All of the boxes were dented and nothing came with instructions. One of my products was a UV gel curing lamp (for drying gel nails). This did not come with an instruction manual as the Tmart customer service rep said it would. The product was broken and did not work (sounded like there were parts loose inside the machine itself). I spent well over an hour on "live chat". I sent all the information they requested along with numerous pictures. I am a stay at home mom so I don't have all the time in the world to sit on the computer. I tried using their "express service" option and after writing my piece and attaching pictures it would not submit. I think it's a website malfunction.

At any rate I guess you get what you pay for. Like another poster stated there's a 50/50 chance you will be happy with your purchase. The hassel of speaking to someone that cannot speak proper english and reading through their "policies" on their website which are extrememly confusing as well as conflicting... I don't think it's worth it. From now on I will buy from reputable websites and make sure I do my homework.

My issue is still unresolved at this time.

My question for this company is when will they become tired of always having to defend themselves to try and salvage the name and reputation of this obviously disfunctional company. Get it together and you wont have to worry about negative things being said by past customers. Just a suggestion...

Misleading statement by Tmart.com employee

AUTHOR: victim - (USA)

POSTED: Wednesday, May 30, 2012

This guy must be one of the Tmart employees that Tmart hired to mislead potential customers to make then think Tmart.com is a good company.
This fraud  misleading technique is not far from Tmart.com's bahaviors as they think the customers are stupid and they would fall in this Tmart.com's trap.
No one would come to the ripoff report   website to report that  Tmart is not a ripoff unless this person is a Tmart employee who is trying varnish Tmart.com's image

In response to TMart is not a Rip Off

AUTHOR: lhaynes04 - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 10, 2012

That was your experience but definitely NOT mine. I have seen reviews about their company and they are all inconsistent, some people receive their orders quick others have to wait for months. Some people receive products that dont work others rave about the products. Unfortunately the company is inconsistent and my review is to let the consumer know that there is a 50/50 chance that they will not be happy with the service TMart provides. TMart needs to make sure that they put their best foot forward at all times on all orders in other words Be Consistent and provide excellent customer service at all times.

Tmart is not a rip off

AUTHOR: Sepul - (Australia)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 10, 2012

I ordered a car battery charger for my camera with express shipping. The item arrived to me in Australia in 10-12 days from the time of payment. I contacted the company several times for updates on the progress of my order and shipping, and although they were not super fast in responding, they did respond in a reasonable time and seemed happy to help. They were perhaps a little vague on details at times, and took (roughly) a couple of days to process my order. Overall I'm happy with the service they provided me with.
