Tmart.com Unresponsive to emails with customer requests..items not received Internet

Tmart apears to be a rip-off and would suggest that the "buyer beware". There is a good likelihood that you will not receive the merchandise ordered via the internet website, and there is no recourse to the USA buyer, as many of the items are shipped via overseas from Hong Kong. Order # 21896100 was never received nor does Tmart return email messages that were sent. They say they have a 24 hour on-line customer service chat, but that does not work. Once they get your US dollars via Paypal, you do not hear from them. While the pricing of their items are attractive on their website it is NOT worth taking any risks to save a few dollars since Tmart has collected your money, and may not deliver the goods. There are many complaints against Tmart here on this forum.

I highly suggest that you NOT do any business with this on-line seller of multiple items. In my case I ordered low voltage 12v LED light bulbs that were never received. The order totalled $27.00 US and I would have better been better off paying a higher price elsewhere like eBay for the item.

When ordering from Tmart.com you are buying at your own risk. Beware so you don't get burned like I did. Customer service does not exist and they do not answer emails when sent. BEWARE of Tmart.com Don't get burned and order because of the low price points. If you don't you rmerchandise, then the cost to buy elsewhere really goes up.
