Tmobile is the WORST cell phone company EVER!!! They sold me 2 phones in Feb that were on their "Valentines day" special from last year and told me that i would get 2 $50.00 mail in rebates. One, they mailed me a letter stating my plan doesnt qualify. Two, they told me the phones were on special and in store would be all that i would pay. To find out later that they are charging me 10 a month for one and 15 a month for the other phone. NEVER told me about the "payment plan". Three, the managers at Tmobile local stores are NO GOOD! They claim they can help you and reduce your bill and its all a lie. Ive been with them 15 years and all im waiting for is for my contract to end to CANCEL! I hate tmobile!!! Four, customer service reps dont know how to treat customers! EVERY SINGLE TIME i called, i would get transfered many times and still no answer, ever single time!
