Tmobile Problems with Brand New Phone....Terrible Customer Service!! Internet, Internet

Bought two brand new LG phones from TMobile with a new 2 year contract. Phones are identical and cost 400.00 each!! My phone works fine...husbands phone had a terrible echo...unable to carry on a conversation. Called Tmobile....they replaced it with a refurbished phone....okay so now we are paying 400.00 for a used phone but the best part...this one echoes too!!!

To make a long story short...after visiting the store several time and calling tmobile many times we are on our fourth refurbished phone!!! We have done hours of troubleshooting, changing sim cards...3 times, sending techs out to check out the lines twice and now we are with our fourth refurbished phone that still echoes and stuck in a 2 year contract with a used worthless phone we are paying 400.00 for.

I will never do business with Tmobile or LG again....we called LG and they offered for us to send them the phone and they will look at repairing it...meanwhile we are without a phone and still paying 400.00 for something that never worked correctly in the first place!!! This has all occurred in less than 6  months...can't wait for this contract to be over....I am going to use every avenue possible to let people know about this so they don't make the same mistake we did by changing their service to Tmobile. We left Verizon because Tmobile was cheaper....in this instance you really do get what you pay for!!!
