We contracted an agent of Tober Logistics to move our furniture and belongings from Denver to Hong Kong. EOM is the agent, they have been somewhat helpful in trying to move Tober. We were promised delivery in mid July. Now, we\'re in the middle of October and still don\'t have our stuff.

We spent several days on the phone tracking the shipment, found out that it had been here for several days and finally have spent two weeks wrangling with Tober to confirm to the local agent that we paid them.

Tober has been contacted by phone at least 20 times, voicemails and emails have been sent by both us and the local agent to confirm release of our goods. No response for over two weeks.

Tober Logistics Replies 10/17

10/17 Update: Tober's VP Ami Steinfeld emailed us back saying that he will not deal with us and should not be expected to give hourly updates because we were disrupting their business and posting negative reviews on the internet.

I mean come on, we respectfully called and inquired several times per week until the last few days. This is the first communication from them in over two weeks. Rather than man up to fix the problem he dodged it and blamed it on us bugging them and a problem with a vendor. I'm a reasonable person, all you have to do is answer me and help me fix the problem. I've waited silently and patiently for 4.5 months.

Ami, since you're reading this and I finally have your attention: Fix the issue and release our goods and I'll be happy to correct all criticism of Tober on this and other websites. I'd be really happy to be wrong about this and have you guys give me my stuff which I paid for months ago.
