After Playing a Game (mobsters) linked to Myspace.com I had followed a link to purchase more credits for the Game. To purchase credits you are required to sign up for one of their sponsers in my Case it was Columbia House DVD club and you get credited for singing up. Without any information disclosed about signing up for Columbia House I have been Billed on my Checking account on 8/19/08 buy "your savings club, Maintence fee, And Columbia house" Your savings club and Maintence was a dollar each.Im Not very rich They resulted in a few overdraft charges.
I did some research And found that Adaptive Marketing LLC. is affiliated with Offerpal Media From fremont California. The trail doesnt end there, Aderative marketing, Free Giftworld.com.. Etc are all subsidaries or are consumers of these Abusive marketing techniques. Further review into the matter I had also found that the marketing company responsible has had a lawsuit on 2 occasions brought against them by the State of California. I have been through this once before with Bank of America And had no help, I refused to pay my Checking balance and was reported to chex systems many years ago. Now I bank With Washington Mutual and after a few trys I actually contacted someone that believes me.
After the first billing i Decided to open a new account and close the existing one I had, and "Ate" the negative balance. My account was not closed And the companies had charged me again. This time it was Your savings club, Todays escapes, and Maintence. I recieve letters from WAMU saying im overdrafted they took the money from my new account to bring me to zero balance on the checking I wanted to close. So far WAMU has credited the overdrafts back to the account and temporarily posted credits pending investigation. Reason im writing this is im sick of being taken advantage of. And you think about the 1 dollar or more they take from the millions of victims it adds up. I will persue this further and update this report. I have seen the legal judgements and post them as i find them again. Thnk you...

I dont think this is the Parent Company Im complaining about but It May help. That these Chumps been in trouble before. I want to narrow it down to one person. So you can see him on the street :)
