Today's Touch owner, Bill Hansen, has worked out a nice little business for himself in the gift card industry. He promotes packages that have a limited time frame of availability, but only sells generically based gift cards, not related to the service. Once you purchase, he informs all therapists and reception personnel not to have any "availability" for any gift card customers until the package you originally attempted to purchase has expired. Then when you are finally able to use to the gift card, he upcharges the orginal sales package just above the gift card purchase price, forcing you to spend even more money.
The worst part is that he employs therapists who are rude, unprofessional, and whom give generic massages that are far from what should be considered the work of an LMT....including Mr. Hansen himself.
He goes around bragging how much he has "out in gift card sales," knowing he is getting money from people that he plans only to serve at his leisure, and to packages that were not of the price or service they were originally paid for. Do not buy a gift card from this place because you will never receive the service you pay for, and if you are the unlucky 20% he brags about, your card will expire by the time he miraculously finds and open appointment.
He has gone so far as to deny gift card clients on days where no phones were ringing and no appointments were scheduled. If you have a gift card from this place, understand that his intention is to get your money, and not provide service. I am not sure that this is even legal, but his financial statements seem to indicate that it is definitely lucrative.

I have been a client of Bill's at Today's Touch for 12 years. During this time, I have had numerous massages, both deep tissue and relaxation. The deep tissue massages have been extremely therapeutic for injury treatment as well as relief for my arthritic pain.
I have received a gift card at least twice yearly and now purchase my own gift card package. Never in the 12 years has anyone been less than professional, caring and helpful. I have knowledge that a negative report related to gift cards is erronous and related to a disgruntled employee.
I cannot rcommend Today's Touch highly enough. Having visited many massage practioners in my 65 years, I can say without reservation that none has surpassed Today's Touch in helpfulness, caring and professionnal services.
