Todd M Wittmann touts himself as one of the nations top paralgal businesses.  He was disbarred in 2000 in the State of Oklahoma for not returning retainer fees.

He has not only been disbarred, but was conviccted of numerous felonies and midomeanors for theft, burglary, assault.  Google him and it will show up.

He moved to Utah and states he converted to Mormonism in 1999 and uses this status to con numerous unsuspecting people in the State of Utah and many other states using his "Mormon" connections.

In addition to being disbarred, arrested and convicted numerous time in Oklahoma and Texas, the State of Texas filed an injunction against him so he can no longer do paralegal work in that State and they fined hime over $100,000 for outrageous incidences invlving taking money and skipping or doing shoddy and unprofessional work.

He has not registered his business in the City of Orem, nor with the State of Utah nor with any other state he does "business" in.

Please, do your due dilegence and run fast and hard from this con man.  He is scary, unethical, and threatens when asked for a refund.
