POSTED: Sunday, August 09, 2009I wrote them a letter to demand a refund or I would sue. For the amount of money involved, Small Claims Court is our only option. But, the good news is Small Claims Court doesn't allow lawyers. It's just us against them. You have about 2 years from your contract to take legal action, so you need to start now. I'm getting ready to file mine in the next week or two. Don't let them get away with this, take them to Court.
