Additionally not a single match met my short list of criteria. Finally the organization has not contacted me as promised every 30 days and only when I contact them after 5 or 6 weeks of silence do I get a response or a match. This is so frustrating that I beg consumers NOT TO FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

So glad I checked this company out before meeting with them

So I got on here and found exactly what I was suspicious of.I got busy at work and simply forgot to call and cancel my appt. That evening approx. 20 minutes after my appt. time was, I received a call from the so-called counselor Jessica asking if I was lost or something since it was past my appt. time. I told her no I wasn't lost I wasn't coming because I discovered they were a fraudulent company and I hung up on her.She called back and left a voicemail, because I did not answer of course, and this "counselor" told me that people leave bad reports on here because they are unrealistic with their expectations and that with my attitude she felt sorry for me and anyone that had to spend their future with me or have children with me....all at the same time making funny noises on the phone....this is a counselor? I'm so glad I didn't go. I have no time for people like that in my life. I have her recording saved and I plan on saving it until the right person can hear it and know what these people are all about.

I WAS SCAMMED BY HOUSTON ALSO
AUTHOR: Margaret - (U.S.A.)

This place is a total scam, but I think I know what the real problem is. THERE ARE NO QUALITY MEN IN HOUSTON,TEXAS. Just a bunch of broke males of different races looking for some dumb unsuspecting caucasian person to latch on to.
I was hoping to meet a man with long blond hair at least, and one that shared my views and taste in hard rock music, and no more than 1 child without the ex wife or mother in the picture, and they could not even fulfill that. Tried to set me up with men on the rebound with a house full of kids. Looser men that go to bars just to sit and drink, and more problems than I care to even try to type up.
It would be great to get my money back but after 3 years, I do think its impossible.

A response to employee posting above...

This is true. Of the first 15 matches I was sent, only 3 would answer the phone when I called to introduce myself. Despite signing an agreement to meet people you approve, these women either didn't care, or were told not to bother responding just so they'd have women to send me and count against me.
"Members who have unrealistic expectations tend to not have as much success as someone who is looking for the right one, best friend, lover, soul mate. Members whom have specific guidlines such as hair color, eye color and 30 mile radius from their home will find that their expectations will be met, but only a few times a year."
How about expectations as to ethnicity, number of children, etc. Criteria that are much broader than you suggest, but are ignored by the San Antonio office when sending members matches. I don't think it's unreasonable (especially after the sales pitch) to expect that if I ask for a caucasian or hispanic match that I would not receive an Indian woman as a match, or a woman with 3 children. I've received both. I was specifically told during the sales pitch to set my expecations high "because we have so many women"... That's just BS. I'm not even being matched on the BASIC criteria.
"Feedback is also another reason for which most people will slip between the cracks. It states in the agreement that a member will not receive another referral until feedback is received from the previous referrall. This makes sense because if we were to just continue matching each person without reconciling differences with the previous referral, then we would just be doing the same thing over and over again and most likely not be successful."
I've provided feedback on all matches. In addition, I've had several discussions with managers to whom I've reiterated my criteria. Caucasian, hispanic (maybe), and no more than 1 child. Yet despite these numerous conversations, Together still sends me women with multiple children and women outside of the ethnicities I've specified.
"We have expressed to our members that patientce is needed to find the right one. We just try to give everyone a better chance. Most of the people I meet aren't meeting anyone new."
I've met and dated many more women through internet dating than through the $5,500 "service" that matches me with women so far outside my basic criteria that it's ridiculous.
"Our intentions are good and our hearts are in the right place."
Your intentions are to shove people out the door after taking their money.
"I truly enjoy my career and hope to help others on their journey to finding the right one."
You enjoy the bonuses, I'm sure.
"The best advice I can give any potential new member: be open minded, looks aren't everything, and send in your feedback."
Yes, but number of children and ethnicity ARE important. So is being polite to clients and actually CORRECTING the issues when they occur.
The customer service is lousy, and that's being generous. I've left messages requesting a phone call and have waited two weeks for calls before I had to call back. I'm currently waiting on a return phone call that has not been returned for three days now.
I've been lied to. The home office told me (Paul Falzone's office) that the San Antonio and Dallas offices were the same franchise. Yet I was told on numerous occasions (even via e-mail, which I've kept) that they were different franchises. I was told I would receive 10 matches out of Dallas and 10 out of Austin. That was a lie. Dallas told me that they were under no obligation to provide me with anything.
All in all, I have to say that this is the worst company to do business with ON THE PLANET.

TD CAN Control Their Employees
AUTHOR: Justin - (U.S.A.)

They've sent me single mom with three kids (more than the 1 kid limit I gave them).
They've sent me single mom with two kids (again, basic MATH, 2 is more than 1).
They sent me the SAME single mom with two kids again six months later.
They recently sent me an Indian woman.
All of these matches were after NUMEROUS conversations in which I reiterated my criteria over and over and over again. They then proceed to tell me that they've run out of matches because of gas prices (this was after being told that they had lots of members in my area).
I am looking for people in Texas to get together to sue Together Dating San Antonio, Austin, and possibly Dallas.

We have expressed to our members that patientce is needed to find the right one. We just try to give everyone a better chance. Most of the people I meet aren't meeting anyone new. They have been single for years, don't know how to come into contact with new people of the opposite sex, or are just plain shy. With the divorce rate being well over 65% (that can be checked out at the American Census), it's good to have a second opinion of who you should go out with. Our intentions are good and our hearts are in the right place. I truly enjoy my career and hope to help others on their journey to finding the right one. The best advice I can give any potential new member: be open minded, looks aren't everything, and send in your feedback.
