Mr. Hjermstad showed me carpet samples, measured the apartment and agreed to return in 2 days with the carpet for installation.
Mr. Hjermstad claims to have purchased the carpet from Floorco Wholesale but never installed the carpet or returned my money. He never again answered his phone. He did however send me emails promising to someday return my money. He has never made an attempt to even return a portion of the money he took from me.
I wanted to make your company aware of my situation so that you do not include him on your "Preferred Installer List or recommend him to your customers for installation jobs.
