First i saw his website threw a search engine then i saw a program that i had like and i wanted to buy it i sent in my money and i just waited for it to come in the mail weeks and weeks went by so i forgot about it
then a few months later i e-mailed the person who i mailed the money to asking him for my order that was done for a couple of months he always asked for a copy of the check which i didn't need to send him because he cashed it himself he got very ugly and threatning say i was gonna get nothing
and then i e-mailed him over and over for it i told him i just would like my order that i paid for like i was suppose to do he just got naster each time i asked him to mail it to me but he refused each time he said some very nasty things to me and my mother which he had no right to
all we asked was for the order which we had paid for thats all whats so hard about mailing something which we had paid for then on top of that he tried to get my in trouble saying i was harassing him i was just asking for my order then nobody would help me after that
that was a lesson learned to me not to just trust anybody on the web he ripped my money off thats why he gave me so much trouble was because he wanted to take my money and not give me anything which he set out to do
i just would like to tell everybody not to buy nothing because he is a very mean and nasty person who needs to be put out of business.

This was partly my fault. My mother warned me but I begged her to give me the $18 to order the tape, & look @ all the grief It has caused me. But tom didn't have to do what he did either.
I am not accepting full responsibility here tom should not have tried to take advantage of me & then he lied about me to the better business bureau & In his rebuttal to make people I was the bad guy here.
Well I have proof I paid for the order. But I should not had been put threw this I did not know why tom gave me such a hardtime. It was because he wanted to cheat me out my money.
He has probally done this to alot of other people & he wanted to sue me cause he couldn't steal peoples money anymore. I was not scared of him or his threats. He sent me my order only after complaining to the better business bureau.
And tom did not send It buy certified mail to have someone sign for It he just kept telling lie after lie after lie to protect himself & make me look like the bad guy.
I enjoyed the cape tv show someone always has to ruin a good thing.
Tom has only himself to blame. If only he had mailed me my order there would be no problems.
If tom was out of tapes he should had said that on his website that Is also false advertisement.
Because In his response to my better business bureau complaint, (He said he had to go out & look for one).
Tom was just trying to protect himself the better business are also crooks they don't care about consumers either.
Tom can deny everything all he feels like. It had to take filing a complaint with the better business bureau for him to finally send my tape for the second time!.

Tom never did file his so called lawsuit. He Is a liar. All I can do Is get a copy of the check to prove I paid for the order & he signed the check & It never cleared the bank & I never got the order.
Tom didn't scare me though I waited for 3 weeks after I mailed the check before e-mailing him that I never received the order, all tom wanted to do was play games asking me to send a copy of the check.
I called the bank to see If he had cashed It & he did he was just bs me around, tom never did send the tapes 3 times & tom never did send anything threw register mail.
I can also can have this verfified threw the post office that tom didn't send It threw certified for a return receipt. Anyone else would had done the same thing If they didn't get there order.
I liked the cape t.v. show but everytime I get excited about something someone always has to ruin It for me tom was nothing but a bully & being In business was also unprofessional you can tell that from his rebuttal.
That Is all I wanted to expose tom nothing but an hateful, rude abusive, he knew he made a mistake but he was trying to make me out to be the bad guy here & get people agaisnt me well he didn't succeed.

I, will not let anyone else be victimized from tom like how tom victimized me his threats of him bring a lawsuit agaisnt me never scared me cause I got the e-

I, done nothing to him I paid for my order u accept to get what u pay for I will not let anyone become victimized like how I was from tom!.
I, will keep this post alive regardless of tom's threats of his friviolus lawsuit, u can't accept to get away not sending people what they pay for & giving them a
hardtime & you can't threaten sue people if they paid for the item & they never received it them for complaining about not receiving there order.
You, can tell buy tom's rebuttal he was not working to resolve only to threaten legal action & falsely accuse me of harassing him, tom showed potential future
custormers what kind of person he was from his attuide from his rebuttal.

I, paid for the tape I should have got it with no problems tom should not have gave me a hard time, I had every right to contact him for something I paid for I tried to resolve the problem with him first hand then I made a complaint to the
better business bureau. When, u pay for something u accept to get it I am sure everyone else feels the same way, tom didn't want to send it this is the same kind of attuide in tom's e-mails in his response to my report. I, will never do business with an internet business again.
This, was a lesson learned I had to learn the hard way but still I should not have been treated this way I, have bank records to prove I paid for the order & the date tom cash the checked.
I, will never do business anyone on the internet no matter how much I want to buy it after this experince, I do not want this to happen to anyone else.

No business will admit any wrong doing u can tell a good business from a bad business a good business will work with u to resolve the issues. a bad business will fight agaisnt u & accuse u of slandering them & harassing them & will not work with u to resolve the problem like tom for example. his rebuttal is the example of him refusing to not resolve the problem except lie about me.

Why, don't tom find real honest work to make money besides on the internet cheating people from there hard earn money, if people have to work hard for there money then so should tom besides on the internet trying to take there

Hey Charles, since everyone you come in contact with discriminates against you or rips you off your idea of not doing business with an internet company is a good idea.
In fact, I would take it much further! I think you should avoid doing business with ANYONE! This will end all of the problems you have with businesses. It will not only protect you but it will also protect the companies you so consistently attack. You should also avoid contact with the general public and most certainly law enforcement officers. If you avoid them they cant discrimante and lie about you.

I, will never trust any online business after how tom lied about me saying I slandered him I have not lied I don't care what he says he did not send me my order he did not send the tapes 3 times if people cannot understand my report please keep, your rude responses to yourself. to me when he responded to my e-mails like how he respnded to my report, he lied to the better business bureau if they believed him they are has stupid has him. order after I mailed him the check for $18 & it cleared the bank & I never received anything from 08/2002 it had to take me to filing a complaint to the better business bureau 09/2003 for him to send me my order & I had to put up, with his

Never in my life have I seen one person get 'ripped off' so often. It's either you or your mother or both. My mistake was sending money tom was just trying to discredit me! Trying to make me the liar tom never did send my order like he said he done. He never sent it 3 times he only sent it twice! The post office made the mistake & mailed it back & tom refused to send it again he requested I send him money! Like heck I was going to send him money!
It took 8 months until I complained to the better business bureau tom finally sent it! Tom lied again saying he sent it certified mail for a return receipt. It came through regular mail & nobody signed for anything.
Tom was just covering himself to tom he cannot make no mistake everyone is wrong! But tom has no right to take peoples money & not send them their order & lie & try to get them introuble & sue them!
I am far from worried about toms threats of a lawsuit! Tom did not suffer no damanges. I did. I can sue tom for damanges & defamation to my character, & slander. And for the failure of tom sending my order!

Good grief, here we have yet another "rant" from Charles. This time his is pi**ed off at someone in Florida, and again is threatening to sue, even though this took place over 3 years ago.

All statements are true & accurate, tom did not send our order when he recieved my money instead he fought with us & lied about us as you see in his rebuttal accusing us of defamation his character which he had his legal department say some deframtory things about me on his website, which i have posted on here tom was making me out to be the bad guy do not fall for any online business then when you report them tom threatnen to take out a lawsuit agaisnt me for defamation tom was saying i was harassing him for no good reason. Tom made some deframtory statements to the better business bureau saying that i was lying about him I have fallen to alot of victim to alot of business scams & how tom refused to send our order instead he lied about me to make me out to be the bad guy to cover his tracks!, & accuses me of defamation & that he would file suit in court well tom don't scare me with his threats, I am fighting for me & for everybody so they will not be taken advantage of & having to go threw all the pain & suffering which tom caused me & what tom put me threw because he could not say he was wrong & try to make the complaint right, tom chose the other way, tom denied any wrong doing like all businesses do & blame you for everything like how tom did me & threatnend to sue me for damanges which i didn't do anything to tom accept ask him for my order that I paid for which tom failed to send me & tried to get me introuble falsely accusing me of defamanted his character & loss of his business. The better business bureau in orlando flordia stands by tom, this man lied about me saying he sent tapes 3 times he only sent one & I didn't receive that one so the better business ignores my complaint he finally sent it though only 2 years later, i have fallen victim to one of toms scams & then he lied to get me introuble because he was pissed because he got caught & wanted to sue me for damanges well it is our job, to report bad business & make them lose business for them trying to steal your money & not send you your order this is fraud & i get called a liar by tome because he could not own up to his wrong doing & he wanted to blame me & trying to scare me & get me introuble. All I did was request my order i sent him my check & it clear the bank & I never recieved it & e-mail him & he threatned to get me introuble & contacted his lawyers friends & send me a copy of the package scanned & accused me of supplying a false address & tom said this goes ground for a lawsuit, for supplying a false address then tom thinks we are playing games with him no tom is the one playing games with us because we are on to him about trying to still our money & argueing with us. Oh these are somemore of toms lies saying he sent the package cerfitied receipt so I would have to sign for it & my grandparents got the package & i got the mail & tom did not!, request to have it signed for these were just more of toms lies to cover his tracks! i do not know who these legal eagle people were some legal department contact my internet service provider accusing me of harassing tom & tom had to close his real know e-mail address to keep me from e-mailing him how childish & they were the ones who sent me the scanned package & they said case closed, so they did not make tom send my package because they were on his side because he had lied about me to them saying i was lying about him never sending me my order, this was in 2002. I complained to the better business bureau where tom continued to defamate my character & slandering me telling bogus lies to the better business bureau to make them think i was lying about him, & tom finally sent me my tape but not by certified mail like him & his legal department said he done it was sent threw regualar mail, then 5 months later after this was over i found slandering statements about me & my mother on his comment board accusing us of defamantion of character & they will sue us for damanges we have done nothing to tom for him to sue us, he could not admit he failed to send my order & he was lying telling bogus lies to hie legal department or "so call legal department" if you know what i mean i am angered & furious by toms lies & him threatning legal action agaisnt us for something we have not done & lying saying he had mailed my order which he didn't & making false complaints to my internet service provider I was not harassing tom & i was not trying to slander tom but I was going to report that he did not mail me my order after he got my money & he denies doing this he denies doing anything wrong, he became hateful & rude when we were contacting him consently to get our order & he denies being hateful towards us, if anybody messes with me tries to steal my money & doesn't send me my order they will get introuble & if they threat me with a false lawsuit then i will be fraud charges agaisnt tom for misleading information on his website to the fbi. I will also bring legal action agaisnt tom for all the pain & suffering caused by him & for defamantion of my character & for slander.

Tom needs to quit playing the blame game & needs to quit threatening legal action. He had no right to look up my personal information it was none of his business where I lived he put my grandparents in the middle of this when I just used their address for him to send it. I have e-mails asking repeatedly for him to send me my order each time he refused & was very rude & hateful towards us accusing us of being rude towards me & if we had not of been so rude to him first he would have mailed us our order but he was the rude one to us when he replied back. Tom contacted these legal eagle people I don't know who they are some law enforcement or lawyers & they contacted me & sent me copies of the returned order & said case is closed, & accused me of harassing tom. I made a complaint to the better business bureau tom "LIED" about me to the better business bureau & turned everything around to make me look like the bad guy he said my grandparents were harassing him also they known nothing about this problem I just used their address for him to send the package & he got very ugly towards me in his e-mail telling me he ain't going to send me nothing, tom was trying to steal my money & lie about me to get me infrouble for harassment & even tried to make a false complaint to my internet service provider but my e-mail never got shut down. Tom made false statements about me to the better business bureau my report is very truthful & accurate I sent tom the $18 for the tape & I waited for 60 days & I never got anything back in the mail & I e-mailed tom several times telling him I never recieved my order & he was acting like he never received my check for the $18 & I have bank records to prove he cashed the check, tom & his lawyer friends from this legal eagle place was going to bring legal action agaisnt me & making false statements about me saying he mailed my order 3 times & he sent the, 3rd tape by certified mail & my grandparents signed for it this was a bold face lie I can have this verified by the post office that tom never did send anything to have this verified, or have a signature tom & his lawyer friends were making false statements about me I put the false statement on this website it is a complete farse not true just to make me look bad, so tom can cover up his tracks from him failing to mail me my order & attacking me & threatening & lying about me accusing me of defamanting his character. I brought out toms fraudenlent business practice & how he ripped my money off, lied about me & trying to falsely accuse me of something I had not done nothing will keep me quit about the abuse from tom & his lies about me, due to my so called harassment he accused me off he had to disable his well known e-mail address because of my harassment see how childish & a baby tom is being for me not to contact him anymore. Tom, did not send my order has he promised he is just like every other business out to take advantage of people steal their money & try to ruin their live inorder for them to keep out of trouble happens every year, the FBI needs to look into more about these fraudlent busniess who steal peoples money like tom did me.

Tom Is just pissed because we did not keep quit like he wanted us to we went after him because he did not service our order & we reported his ass, we can sue tom for defamation I really do not care if anybody believes me or not tom has done a good job in getting everyone agaisnt me he is unprofessional idiot who does not handle business good.
Tom started this shit about bringing legal action because we would not quit bothering him untill he sent us our order tom will not admit to any wrong doing he tried to make me the bad guy to the better business bureau, tom is a liar & a thief. I will not trust not to send money to anyone of the internet, tom is just pissed off because we exposed his corrupt business & that is where all this is the reason why he wants to bring legal action out agaisnt us. When i made my complaint to the better business bureau is when tom decided to send me my order let me get this strait nobody signed for anything at my home address tom did not request a return receipt verified by usps he sent it by regular mail but people are to stupid on the internet to believe anything I can have this verified by my local post office. We do not want any contact with tom anymore he is a stubborn idiot who cannot take responsibilty for his own actions. We will bring legal action agaisnt tom we have copies of all e-mails sent to him requesting for him to send it & each time he refused to mail it to us & a copy of the check signed & cashed by him we will also file a complaint with the FBI for internet fraud! & for defamation to our name because of tom we deny anything that tom accuses us of. First of all tom didn't never send no three tapes we never got the got the tape when we mailed him the check for $18 dollars then about a week later the check had cleared the bank and weeks went bye and we got nothing in the mail.
Then we started e-mailing him asking for the order telling him that the check had cleared the back and we got records of it he started playing these games always asking that we send a copy of the check well we was always busy to where we couldn't run to the bank and get it then he became rude and ugly toward us for no reason telling us never to e-mail him again and that he wasn't going to send us a thing.
We responded back we got rude back to him then he accused us of being rude first saying if we wasn't so rude to him to begin with that he would have sent it the next day he said that we were the problems of the world then he said that he would send it has a bloomin gift.
Then we gave him our address two weeks later nothing again he then contacted these legal eagle people we don't know who they are then they e-mailed our e-mail provider saying that we was harassing tom all we was doing was requesting that we get our tape which he refused to send from the very beginning and caused all this conflict he lied to those legal eagle people then they e-mailed a photocopy of the package our post office had screwed up returned to sender no such address know make the problem even more worse know tome thinks we supplied him with a false address then these legal eagle people said case closed and that they weren't going to send us another tape.
Then around Oct. 2003 i filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau for tom never sending us our order again he was harassing very rude and hostile just like we had to put up when we was dealing with him in Auh/2002 said a bunch of lies about us of course never admitting to what he had done to cause all of this to them then tome finally mailed us our order after 2 years of trying to get it nobody rips my money of and then i found ripoff.com and told my story and then tom wonts to sue us nobody threantens to sue us because we have done nothing to this man for he just didn't like it because we confronted him and went after him this man is crazy for the things he said to us.

We have done nothing to his man or his staff this has been over for months know i have not contacted tom again sense he sent our tape when i contacted the better busniess bureau about him then these legal eagle people who he has lied to about us are bothering us threanted to sue us for stuff we have not he's just mad cause we confronted him and went after him and complain about tom he has no right what so ever to threatnen cause he's the one who didn't send our order to begin with when he was suppose to then he got very rude and hostile toward us saying never to e-mail him back again and that he wasn't going to send us anything they were the ones that was playing the games with us bye always asking for the copy of the check when he already cashed it himself and it cleared our bank he just wanted to rip of our money we don't care how much hates us or dislikes us the bottom line is he's a theif and a liar and we brought him out thats what he can't stand we done nothing to these people they caused all this conflict just cause they promot a tv show doesn't give them the right to cheat people out of their money and treat them like dirt well we wont have it we will take them to court for them defamted us and lying about us.

This was settle months ago then these legal eagle people starting posting some stuff about me for no reason at all apparantly tom wants to keep this mess going well we wont stand for it tom has been nothing but trouble from the very beginning he ripped our money of cheated us lying about us and know trying to get us in trouble for stuff we haven't even done to him.
Tom has no proof what so ever that his busniess has been losed his website is still up and runnin if he lossed his busniess his website would have been closed we will not put up anymore abuse from tom anymore its been months sent he sent us our tape and he still starting up trouble bye lying to these legal eagle people about us we never harrassed him all we ever done was request that he sent our tape he then became ugly and rude toward us tom says stuff to us we are going to say stuff back its hard to imagined how rude and thoughless the cape employee's are to treat people like how he has done to us.Tom never sent it bye certfied mail for somebody to sign for the tape my grandparents did not sign for it tom is just telling more lies to try to get us introuble well we wont stand for IT!

I have dealt with 3 apparent aliases, and untold harassment for whatever joy he/she receives from it.

I am so sorry this person or person(s) have this problem - I have dealt with 3 apparent aliases, and untold harassment for whatever joy he/she receives from it. First a Kathy Jones, Then a Ryan Jones, now a "Charles" alias???
1) Anyone that ordered a CAPE PILOT Tape was sent the their tape. Period.
2) They (Kathy Jones, or Ryan Jones, or whomever)
Contacted THE CAPE and complained about not receiving it. We responded that if they had done so, there were no outstanding orders and one was sent, but possibly it was lost in transit. Could we see some proof of the order?
3) At our request, they (Jones) AGREED to send a photocopy of both sides of the Check showing good faith.
4) Months later - Nothing received.
5) They then became rude (BTW: They NEVER, NEVER received anything rude or threatening from us. That is a bold-face lie)and demanded the Tape.
6) For a simple tape, we could not care less about our cost - They're welcome to it and it was sent TO THE ADDRESS SPECIFIED at our expense.
7) It was returned by the PO as "Undeliverable to that address and No further information available" about this person or persons. We still have the E-Mail SPECIFYING that address that it was to be sent to and a copy of that E-Mail was forwarded to them.
8) They complained again, blamed the PO and we ALSO sent them a Photocopy of the returned package, establishing that we were not going to play their game any longer. It was requested that the send $5.00 to cover the last Postage to GA, back to us and to send a THIRD tape to whatever new generic or PO Box address they came up with.
9) They defamed us on a public Comment-Board, and although they then were now legally in trouble, we decided, with counsel, to forgive and forget. However they continued their diatribe. (Do they ENJOY this sort of thing?)
10) NOW, recently, they file a complaint with the Orlando Better Business Bureau, (who now has the evidence of the deceptions), but this time they gave the BBB an actual street Address for this "Kathy Jones" person and a telephone number. A reverse lookup revealed that it was the address of a DIFFERENT person - The BBB has his name also, as do we, along with physical addresses.
11) The FINAL Chapter (almost) -- Once more a 3rd Tape is sent to "Kathy Jones" AT the supplied physical address, where it is SIGNED for by the person referenced at that address, and we have the receipt and signature confirmation, dated and verified by USPS.
12) The VERY FINAL Chapter: If this persists, we WILL file suit for defamation, Damages to THE CAPE's reputation and loss of business, Damages to my reputation, Court costs and Attorney's fees, as well as PUNITIVE damages against ALL parties. We have been patient beyond belief, responded properly, and have validated copies of every E-Mail, PO Receipts and the returned package, ad nauseam. We will win said case easily and immediately.
