TOM SHAW VP of SALES for Ocean Canyon Propertiesis a Lying Alcoholic who threatens his employees with viloence and bully tactics. Many of us have seen him drinking and smoking while on our workplace during work hours. He is also getting sued by several employees for creating such a hostile workplace and forced them to quit. The suit is for discrimination and threats of violence. Many employees are afraid to speak up because he will fire us. There are not lots of jobs in Louisiana, so he can get away with it.

He also scams people into buying our timeshare memberships. When a family realizes how badly they were screwed by TOM SHAW ...they are told that all deals are final..NO REFUNDS! some memberships cost over 10,000.DOLLARS!!! He leaves them on the hook..but if they threaten with a lawyer, he will give them the refund, but only then.

His ALCOHOLISM and drinking on the job has made him tell one of his managers to "KNOCK THE H***" out of a female employee if she does not do what he says!! This has lead to another LAWSUIT against OCP. He said he would slap the s**t out of this female if she talked back to him. He said this in a company sales meeting in front of at least 9 salesmen...they were scared they would lose their jobs so they just looked downand kept quiet. Employees have seen him leave the sales office many times everyday to go to his cabin to drink. When he comes back, he is red faced and smells of alcohol.

Now he is making all employees sign a paper saying we cannot see each other even after work hours. If we do not sign this paper we will be fired...BUT he is dating /sleeping with KIM. She is our sales manager...So he can date fellow employees but we Can't!!!  Between the alcohol, the bullying and running a SCAM on possible new members he is going to get us sued so many times we will all be unemployed before long.
