The truck had a number on it so I called him to report this and he offered all his insurance info and said he was sorry that he more than likely left some rock laying on his tailgate. His insurance is Progressive and when I called them they said he was not liable and that they would not be fixing my windshied. The driver was notified and he offered no help even though he admitted at the time that he was liable. He is now changing his story.
