Tony Lupia Lupia Literary Agency exploits student and doesnt pay bill New York New York

Distributes a business card saying he's President of Lupia Literary Agency LLC Headquartered in NYC. Business does not exist and is not registered in the State of New York. Speaks and teaches courses claiming to be an expert in the publishing industry. Recruited me as a student in one of his courses to build web sites for him. He wanted my business to do all of the work while he pretended to his clients he was doing it. He then charged them a fat commission on top of the fees my business charged him. He knew nothing about the web industry and I had to spoon feed him the information he needed to convince his clients to use his company for web design.

My company completed $1250 worth of work for him with the agreement he would pay me immediately upon completion. Work was completed, he didnt pay. There was a delay. When confronted, he claimed he only cuts checks on the 1st and 15th. The 1st came around, no check. The 15th came around no check. He then stopped returning phone calls or responding to emails. I have uncovered many lies and other ways he misrepresents himself to me. Fraud fraud fraud!
