Tony West (Blacklist Union, LA Gunns) is someone you should NOT ever do business with. He is incapable of keeping his promises or upholding the terms of contracts that he signs. He will tell you what you think you want to hear without any commitment on his part to uphold his statements. Part of this may be due to his lack of any sense of responsibility.
And part of this may be due to his drug use. He sub contracted work for a specific period of time and demanded my full time commitment. I was unable to find other work because of this obligation. And he defaulted on his payments while having the nerve to keep making false promises hoping that I will continue to believe him. This hurt me tremendously on a financial level.
When he signed that contract, he was responsible for budgeting and planning his finances so that he could pay off the people he owed for his project. For all I know, he probably spent all the money on drugs. This poor excuse of a human being thinks that his actions are legitimized by the fact that he is a rock and roll figure and can do whatever he wants....He is a total loser who should not be put on ANY kind of pedestal because he is a low life scum who cannot serve as a role model.
Rebellion done for the wrong purpose of self-adulation is absolutely ridiculous and NOT cool. But this is who Tony West is. He is no artist by any stretch of the imagination and his whole life revolves around his sole pathetic purpose of just getting attention....

I represent Mr. West in his music career and posted the above rebuttal. The complainant clearly admits to lying and making defamatory statements. He/she accuses him of being a drug addict and/or spending his money on drugs then admits the accusation are speculation based on song lyrics. If this person really did provide services that prevented this person from working, thus causing financial distress, then wouldn't Mr. West's lack of drug use have been noticeable? The poster implies working closely with Mr. West, but doesn't know any personal information nor can he/she provide information on this "contract." This appears to be nothing but a hoax and reeks of falsehoods.

I represent Mr. West in his music career. I find this "report" to be completely nonsensical and absolute slander. First of all, Mr. West has no idea who the author of this report is or what he/she is talking about. If there was, in fact, a signed contract for services, why is this "contract" unknown? What "services" were provided? Why is this specifically left vague and anonymous? And why, if "he defaulted on his payments while having the nerve to keep making false promises hoping that I will continue to believe him," did this person continue to provide said unknown services? I don't know anyone who would devote their time to a person who does not pay them especially if this were to cause financial distress. Anyone who believes "false promises" is simply a fool and should perhaps look at their own behavior rather than lambasting others for decisions made about the complainant's own life. Furthermore, what does this have to do with Mr. West's musical ability or career? The complainant's mud slinging also brings into question their character- perhaps they are suffering from the same traits they have accused Mr. West of possessing. The choice of anonymity by the poster is foretelling of cowardice. If this person did indeed have an issue with Mr. West, why choose a public forum for slander rather than pursuing the matter directly with Mr. West. It seems to me that the complainant is merely a sore loser or suffering from jealousy.

I just want to clarify the headline that I wrote for this post, "Drug Addict, Liar, No Morals, Completely Lacks a Sense of Responsibility."
The reference I used in regards to drug addiction/ usage is simply an opinion that is partly based on published song lyrics of his.
He has made public statements that his songs are based on personal experiences.
I may have over interpreted the lyrics in a very literal sense. However as I reflect on this situation further, I do realize that many song writers take artistic liberties with their work, which may be applicable in Tony's case.
