Devin Vega of Top Gun Entertainment in Chandler Arizona, Claimed to be the official representation of rapper Tyga famous for his song Rack City. During Tyga's visit to New York City, Devin Vega was to bring Tyga to a well known NYC Nightclub following his concert for an official after party. He was also claiming to be bringing YG and other rappers. His list of demands were a little much and included blunt wraps, car services and a long guest list along with $6000 Cash. He demanded aggressively that 3k be wired in advance, which after signing the contract the money was sent. After promoting the party, making several arrangements and wiring a large sum of money Devin said that TYGA was NO LONGER able to make the appearance and cancelled the entire event just few hours prior to when it was to take place. After further research, TYGA's ACTUAL representation said they had no idea who Devin was and this whole event was unauthorized and he has absolutely no right to create a contract and sign it on behalf of the artist and his camp. Devin has since NOT returned the money and has become unresponsive.

TopGun Entertainment is a booking company based out of the west coast, not just Arizona. Devin Vega is a 19 year Old, business man. TopGun was in contact to book the Official Afterparty for Tyga's Careless World Tour. The afterparty was set to be at 2 of New Yorks High End Clubs , called Tenjune & SL Night Club . STEVE MARTINEK from EMM Group was in contacted Devin Vega for this business deal. Devin Vega called Steve in regards to doing this afterparty for 10k that included YG & TYGA, DJ Mustard. It was a special offer these 2 teams had working on this tour.Even tho, Steve already had Emily Tyga Actual Manager. Steve kept stating they only pay Jay-Z , Fabo, Alicia Keys, Kanye, Beyonce, Lebron James, etc all the high end artist only 2-3 k that they couldnt or would pay Tyga 8k & YG 2k what they are currently asking for on this afterparty. Devin deals with YG's team and camp, for little over 8months now, So, Devin contacted YG teams, set to book TYGA & YG 1 week before the date. The team said the price was to low, but they would work with it cus of Devin Vega & TopGunEntertainments relationships so TopGun & YG camp worked together with TYGA camp to do a lower deal off relationships. The agreed price was $6,000.00. Steve or EMM Group didnt deposit any money until less than 24hrs of the event. The contract clearly stated the money needed to be deposited by 2pm Feb 28th 2012. The Deposit was maid on Feb 29th 2012, but There for promotions where already started with out YG Or TYGA camp getting any money. Money was then deposited and shown in TopGun account at 2pm day of the event. Devin then met up with YG camp to book this afterparty and give there camp the deposit , they accepted the deposit thinking TYGA camp and team where still up to do the afterparty. But 4hours before the Best Buy show started , Devin spoke to Tyga & YG camp about the situation and was informed that TYGA would no longer go to the afterparty due to schedule set to move to next city, did not match the deadline, but we maid a counter offer that YG would still appear and so would DJ Mustard. Steve & EMM Group Then said no, that they want there money back, however the artist YG already got there deposit, Steve contacted Emily who is the manager of Tyga, and she stated she never new about the afterparty or new me. Well If you know anything about entertainment business or artist and camps or teams, you should know a artist has a manager , a road manager, and also has a team/camp that can work on afterpartys. Money was never sent back due to being in artist hands, TopGun Ent stated they would return $1,500.00. back to EMM Group. But still currently waiting on response.
