After i bought my super saver coupon punch card i went to the AAMCO service station to redeem a single oil change and tire rotation. turns out they were booked for the day. no problem. . . . right? Well the AAMCO station has been book for a full month now and overtime i go there they want me to leave my truck there to get it finished hours later! FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE!!!! So i try to contact the distributer of the saver card, Top Gun Promotions. They have a phone number typed on the card that directs you to the website that in turn asks you to email them any questions and concerns. oh. . . .and by the way they will get back to you in 2-3 business days. i'm not sure if i should hold my breath for that one. So i'm sure i'm going to get the run around so i just made a preemptive strike by notifying the Better Business Bureau, this web site, and leaving a letter for a local state news station on the run around i'm getting on this. All i wanted to do was save some money and time for my family but i'm wasting time and wasting fuel every time i go to the service station to get turned down even after following their guideline written on the card! 1) Please call for an appointment. YEAH RIGHT!!! they just tell you they are all booked and can't take care of you for 3-4 hours!! FOR A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE!!!!
