WARRANTY iSSUES: -Poor Customer Service Issues. Defective Product
Sold On 4.26.12 I had purchased the following from Best in Anaheim: 1 Toshiba satellite Laptop Model P755 5s120
Serial # 3C393661K On 4.26.2012 I purchased a Toshiba Laptop I7 Pentium Processor from Best Buy in Anaheim, CA .After 5 months after date of purchase, the hard drive crashed, and I submitted it to repair. This was fixed.. About 5 days later The power regulator was erratic and caused the CPU to over heat. I called Toshiba and obtained another RA authorization. They did attempt to pick up. However, in the Course of 5 hours it seemed to normalize. I retracted the pick up and called Fed Ex. Yesterday, I discovered that the radio switch for the WIFI has been disabled permanently. or (DEFECTIVE) In addition the optical laser inside the optical unit fails to read the DVD/CD or mount the Disk onto the spindle for processing. From 10.14.2012 they seem to be giving the "BRUSH OFF" hoping that I will give up.. My Only Hope this is to purchase an extended warranty from Toshiba.
If I would were to purchase a laptop, NOT !!! - ESPECIALLY not one comming from TOSHIBA -
DO NOT EVEN GO THERE. I would probably consider a Axxx - Mxxxxx Pxx (((REDACTED))) although it is quite expensive, they probably don't have issues that TOSHIBA has

It is very frustraing to deal with this Global ecomomy, especially run by the elitists who proliferate consummerism Waste and Expedience and It is no longer an issue of just poor Capitalism - It is an issue of OUTSOURCING, of trying to bring and train foreigners into the modern world of Capitlaism and tring to bring their leaders into the PLUTONOMY.
Lastly it is an issue where the industrial capitalists are trying to fomet Consummerism, WASTE, AND EXPEDIENCY on an international level Unfortunately our own economy is in the TRASH and I have doubts that it will recover completely
relative to 20 years ago.
EXAMPLE When you Customer Service - SAY for your Computer, That TELE-Service rep has to call the Phillipines, - Japan. 2 hours later and 20 escalations later your are no where.
