Toshiba Toshiba Satellite Laptop 17.5" L775 - DO NOT BUY!!!, Internet

I bought a Toshiba Satellite L775 laptop computer on sale before Christmas 2011 - from Office Max.  It came with a 1 year warranty, and I bought the 3 year extended warranty, also.   This computer has now been to the factory for repair TWICE in the last 10 months that I've owned it..... once after four months (screen resolution problems - screen replaced) and then again after 10 months of ownership (this time the hard drive had to be completly replaced)!  BOTH TIMES I had to PAY THE SHIPPING FEES to have it repaired.  Each time, it took over 2+ weeks to send it and have it returned to me - thus NO COMPUTER at home. 

~DO NOT BUY A TOSHIBA ANYTHING~!   I owned a DELL laptop, with a 4 year  extended warranty, before buying this Toshiba laptop.   DELL PAID for the shipping and repairs the entire 4 years that I owned it - for whatever reason the computer had problems!  Now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE at its BEST!!!!!  I will never buy anything else Toshiba~!!!!!  You would be smart to do likewise!
