Total Card Inc Falsified account receivable documents Siouz Falls South Dakota

Total Card Inc, is a third party collection agency , which purchased an alleged debt , claimed that I owed to First Premier Bank. I advise Total Card Inc, that if the alleged debt is valid, that I will settle woth Forst Premier Bank directly, not with their agency . Total Card, continued to represent that the WERE the bank m,, not a collection agency . I requested proff of the alleged debt owed to Firs Premier Banmk, and approximatley 3 months after the request was made received a computer genrated " statement/ spreadsheet " from Total Card, showing the bal;ance. For this , I was advised thatthere was a research fee , in the amount of $3.00. I advised Total Card Inc. again , that I would resolve any alleged debt woith the debtor. Total card inc.. continues, to call and send debt notices via the USPS , after I mailed a letter to them , Certified , Return Receipt requested , and faxed the same letter to them
Total Card has failed to removed this " notification" from my credit report.
A complaint has been filed with the FTC in this regard
