about a week ago total card ran a payment threw my account. for 35 dollars .6/17/2009 i belive and the check was returned . it must if been a day or so later that someone called very agressive female ,upset becayse of the return i had not known till th call and i said i will make sure it gets paid asap. she went threw a speach of how it was a new account and tat it looks bad for the payment not to go threw .

i made it know i had the money threw i dont know what happened it would get paid. about a later i called to make a payment of 50 dollars and was told by a rep that i could make a payment yet it was to early.so i waited the allowed time then called back to make the payment over the phone 6/24/2009, the rep that i talked to that day said the funds would be alvailble the next morning .

6/25/2009. i was oout and tried to make a transaction and the card was declined (embarassing). i went home and called the comapny who said that i had a 14 day hold because of the check that didn't go threw. I was upset because someone should have said this when i mad the second paymennt for 50 dollars which was over the amount due to pay. but no one did . i then wsa told by rep and supervisor that i need to send in statment stating that the payment was cleared from my end .

i said no i feel thats a invasion of privacy , i was willing to let them make a third party call with me on the line so they could talk to a banker.thus because my bank is in georgia and i livee in ohio. so to have my bank fax and mail seemed extreme. so i discountined the call because the said they would not do this. i call back again and speak to someone ,she states that the reason for the statment is because it had not shown up on their end a posted. once posted the may e able to lift hold early.

so i call back today 6/27/2009 and ask to speak eith a manager.(MIKE)gets on the line and basicly tells me that even though my account has posted the hold would not be lifted from the hold . he was not very caring and in fact smug. when i asked to be give n a complaint number he said 1st that there was not a number, i then told him a rep had given one and said itwas a complaint number. i'm unhappy with the "wishie washie" service . i mad serveral attempts to stay up to date and i got my bill paid as a courtesy the should lift the hold.
