Total Merchant Services is absolutely the worst company that I have ever dealt with in my 52 years on this earth. They must require their employees to be pathological liars and thieves. Sales rep Eric Anderson is a lying incompetent dunce who will say anything to get past the moment, and Damon Broussard in the risk management division is an arrogant condescending jerk that called my wife and made comments to her that would get most folks fired and their company involved in a sexual harassment lawsuit. Dealing with them for 5 short months was such a nightmare of B.S. and fraud that I started recording every conversation that I had with them. They can't seem to deduct their ever changing fees from their customers bank accounts at anywhere near the same time each month, making book keeping virtually impossible, and will hold your funds indefinitely for whatever reason blows through Broussards empty lying mind. If you like to be lied to and robbed, than Total Merchant Services is the company for you. If you want to run any kind of efficient business and take care of your customers, stay as far away from this gang of criminals as you can. Street corner drug dealers selling crack are more honest and have more integrity than Total Merchant Services.
