I went on a 5 day tour with this company and it was horrible. Don't let the cheap price fool you like it fooled me. You will get what you pay for , you pay for a cheap tour you will get a broken down bus and a racist arrogant tour guide. First, the attraction fees are not included. The tour guide will hassle you and hassle you to buy them and if you don't he will announce to the entire bus on his microphone that you are being a nasty customer and he will turn the whole bus against you. The other passengers were chinese so I could not speak to them do defend myself. They did not let me use the bus restroom however they did let the chinese travelers use the restroom. Our bus broke down and we had to wait 5 hours in the scortching hot sun to be picked up by another bus. I wrote them a letter of complaint and they had the audacity to say that there will be no refund in my case. Do not use this company. They will cheat you out of your well earned money. They are a horrible company. Listen to the reviews they are all true. I am living proof.
