Ordered orange county choppers through toyglobe 3 weeks ago, total of order 121.00 including postage, because of poor item description on site I inadvertently ordered an item that i did not require and within the permitted modification time period attempted to modify by following toyglobes procedures, this is when i realised there was a distinct problem.

There procedures could not be followed as a matter of fact even though you were only allowed 24 hours to modify there system did not allow your modification to be processed for 10 working days, at this point i decided to cancel order as I smelled a rat. But of course the cancellation process was not allowed prior to 10 working days, because of this they lock you in to your order regardless and though they talk about many contact options none are available or supported by their system. I have over the last 3 weeks sent in access o 50 emails expected some level of contact but nothing, I have however seen and investigated many complaint sites that seem to be inundated with irate toyglobe customers,

strangely toyglobe employees regularly utilize the rebuttal facility on these sites to explain away issues, strange that they are happy to use outside communications systems yet ignore their own system. It is common too hear the excuse that the name or order number is not recognies as well as ridiculous comments about stating complaint has been made by competitor attempting to damage toyglobes reputation.

Quite amazing since toyglobes rep is already deservedly in tatters. Too date no contact , my card charged and no stock, no confirm email, no tracking num ber no anything from these criminals, just a growing list of complaints. Heres the deal , DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM TOYGLOBE, DISPUTE ANY OUTSTANDING CHAREGES ON YOUR CARD WITH YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY, USE SITES LIKE THIS TO MAKE OTHER DECENT PEOPLE AWARE OF THEIR ACTIVITIES,

They are a pack of criminals operating out of a garage, with no source stock , no phone number listed and no physical address to refer to, lets put these scum out of business, nobody could have tried any harder to contact this filth, the shame is that they destroy all the hard work that reputable internet companies have put in to create confidence in the buying public. They are a disgrace and need to be brought to justice, they are predators feeding off honest people, join forces and crush these maggots

          Please your in canada and i'm in VA and i still haven't received my package.  You guys took my money almost instantly and i still don't see it anywhere.   This TOYGLOBE site is a load of cow pooo......
          I kept calling and calling them and stilll nothing okay so the story above is a one sided story but your company is irrefutably the worst online piece of crap of a company ever.....   I ordered my booster card box for 104 and then it turned into 125.36 and they took around 4 more dollars from my card for international charges..  i ordered it on october 6, 2009 and they took the money the next day october 7, 2009.  I kept complaining and calling and then i even started cussing which i never do i am a very soft spoken girl but no one freaking rips me off ever.  i finally got a response saying "Hello. I am sure your order has shipped. I just asked for the update. I will get back to you asap.

That didn't help what so ever and i have kept all the complaints and then today i actually filled up their mail box full of messages and when i tried to leave another one it said it was full. LOL but the point is it is now October 26, 2009 and i have yet to see my package.  My order number is 279333.  I HATE TOYGLOBE.COM WITH A PASSION. 
I really wonder if i can get a lawyer and sue this company so they go out of business close down for good.

The easiest way to work with a customer, no matter the conversation in between, is just to give the person their refund.

Not only does it make you look like the bigger person, but it also gets the customer off your back.

This person placed an order on the June 21st. We are a Canadian Company, and he is in Australia. One week after he placed his order he writes this to us "cancel this order immediately as i think you are either the most incompetent company on the planet or are straight out criminals".

How was he supposed to receive the product within 7 days, when we are miles and miles apart.

Then on the 4th of July he continous to write "this has to be the most fucked up theiving system some arsehole ever created, im now assuming that you guys are out of business, get me a canellation confirm you theiving pricks"

On the 7th of July he comes back with "hello you theiving pack of motherfuckers, how about crawling out from under your filthy rock growing some balls and doing the right thing, get one of your dumbfuck relatives to spell check your dumbass site and be a fucking man, you lousy stinking scumbags, you are the worst type of people fucking it up for all the decent people who play by the rules, rot in hell you retarded cocksukers, i hope you fuking choke you dead cunts" and then send another email on the same day "you cunts charged me 168.00 aussie dollars on an order that should have been about 130.00 dont give me bullshit about fluctuations you a bunch of cocksuckers, just for your info you scumsuckers, ive disputed the charge with my bank and considering your disgusting reputation, the charge is coming right back at ya, stick that up your fat fucking arses, i mean how dare you charge for something that you had no idea of sending, ridiculous prices, crazy exchange rates and the most eorbidant postage on the net, if i knew where you fuckers were id come down there and fucking kneecap every last one of you dripping cocks, fuck you you theiving assholes, you will get yours, believe me cocksuckers justice is coming, karma is a wonderful thing".

and then on the 10th of July he writes "hey scumbags, how ys doing ripped off any more people lately, lets hope it wasnt for a little kids birthday or something like that, not that you care you fucking arseholes, send the gear or credit my card actually dont go anywhere near my card you sleazy pricks, oh and by the way good luck when the bank chases you down for my refund , i hope you and your cronies rot, yeah thats you tim and jade and mario whoever the fuck you are, im gonna go back and use a reputable company, you scum can go fuck yourself"

Now would you do business with this guy. He is obviously either a child, or completely of his rocker. I am not dealing with you. I am not shipping you anything. Contact your credit card company for your money. This way when they ask me waht is going on I will forward all your emails to them. Take care.
