Corporate Advocacy Program™
If you are thinking about buying a car from them, PLEASE PLEASE think again . These people do not value their customers. They don't abide by their contracts and think they can get away from anything.
When I was there, I saw a really old guy there who just bought a BRAND NEW CAMARY, he was nearly in tears!!!!! He told me he had this BRAND NEW CAMARY taken back for some gas reasons 5 times and they still haven't fixed it!!!!
I know for a fact that Toyota of Garden Grove is not only f***ing me over but they have done it to someone else too. Please don't make the same mistake as I did. Save your money and go somewhere else. They won't value your time, your money, or your business. It's better to ride a bike/skateboard/skate/bus rather than deal with these boneheads.

Contact Deborah Sherman at 9 News in Denver. Maybe she can guide you to someone in your city at the NBC Station. Just go to 9news and you can find her E-Mail address. She really does care! Toyota knows what is happening and the News Stations are watching also. Calm down and don't worry.
Everything will be O.K. Remember, you are not going to JAIL like the many CEO's in this country. You are not destroying people's lives like the CEO's, COO's, CFO's, and the 'so-called' Business Leaders in this Country. You will be fine. Stay positive!

There probably aren't too many TRAFFIC JAMS and I doubt that most people are driving around with a CELL PHONE glued to their ear. I will bet that most people do not have a house that they CANNOT AFFORD. I will also bet that most are not BURIED IN CREDIT CARD DEBT. It also sounds like there are people who believe in the TRUTH in your town.
Your town, sounds like a very, very, very, fine town! Do you have two cats in your yard? Life doesn't seem to be so hard. Now everything is easy, because of you. Brian, you unlocked the secret for everyone! Thank you. Corporations and Companies never do anything wrong or anything right. It's the PEOPLE who do the wrong things or the right things! I wish you the best and I hope that your Dealership is exposed on T.V. someday too. The few GOOD ones that are out there need the exposure also! Write a letter, you'll feel better.

WELL SARA AS USUAL THOMAS SHOWS UP TO DEFEND THE DEALER AGAIN
AUTHOR: Steve - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Saturday, August 11, 2007
Maybe Thomas could go to his so called super dealership and see if they will let him take a used car off there lot and to a mechanic not employed or contracted by his dealership. I suggest that he try it himself and see what happens before spewing his know it all advice around.
well thomas here is another challenge to you on another post. we are all still waiting for you to disprove Charlenes facts on another post and we still want to know how much is toyota paying you to try and discredit so many different people from so many parts of the country. we can't all live in south carolina were the apparently only so called honest toyota dealer is and i suspect that you own that dealer or are related in some way......
Also, contact the BANK where your car is financed. There is a good chance that your LOAN DOCUMENTS may have been ALTERED by the Dealership. If this is true, then you can sue them and you will win. Make sure to get your CREDIT APPLICATION! They typically will increase your MONTHLY INCOME so the loan goes through. Also look at your TIME ON THE JOB. They like to increase this also so the loan goes through. Look at your SIGNATURE too! They sometimes make up a totally new application and will FORGE your signature which is illegal!
You see, if they lied to YOU, they are lying to others also. If you catch them in ANY WAY , give everything to the News Stations and you can be on T.V. like I was. Go to www.9news.com and type in the name ORNELAS and search the story from 2005 and watch the video and read the story that made the Front Page of the Denver Post on 5-19-2005. Do not give up!
One more thing, send a copy of the letter to the CEO of Toyota. His address is: Toyota Corporation 19001 South Western Ave., Dept. WC11 Torrance, Ca 90501 Attn: Jim Press.
Good luck and I hope you make your T.V. debut soon!! ' Write a letter, you'll feel better.'

But you did buy a used car. why did you buy THAT used car? And from such friendly boneheads ? Well, at least it "SOUNDS LIKE" your boneheads may be trying to fix your car. The previous owner probably dumped it because he/she could no longer defer the accumulated deferred maintenance. Clutches do wear out, just like brakes if not sooner, because most people have no real clue how to use the clutch in a "stick shift" tranny.
And why didn't you have your regular repair shop check it out before you bought it? You do have a shop you regularly patronize, right? If not, check The Mechanics Files on cartalk.com and see who you can find acceptably close to your ZIP code. And next time, consider an automatic tranny- but have someone you trust check it out for you before you buy it.
