M.G. Lake Elsinore - You May Be Victim of A Straw Purchase
AUTHOR: Robert Waller - (United States of America)
SUBMITTED: Friday, January 27, 2012
POSTED: Friday, January 27, 2012You may be victim of a "straw purchase" or as "Karl - Highland Ranch" suggests maybe your documents were forged. Have you asked TTV to see the sales file for the purchase? We are currently handing a lawsuit against Toyota of Temecula Valley and are investigating these kinds of sales tactics at TTV. We would like to speak with you directly. You can respond to this posting and we will be contacted or you may contact us directly at robert@robertwallerlaw.com. Robert

1MORERIPOFF, THERE IS A CHANCE THAT YOUR LOAN DOCUMENTS WERE ALTERED.......
AUTHOR: Karl - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, March 09, 2011
POSTED: Wednesday, March 09, 2011Make sure to 'Google' this- CAR SALES: TRICKS OF THE TRADE- CONSUMER ALERT, and watch that video on the web where Tori's monthly income was altered by the finance manager at the dealership. It was caught on hidden camera. (The owner of that dealership is Sonic Automotive. They are the 3rd largest dealer network in the USA. They own & operate about 150 car dealerships nationwide.)
You can contact the bank where the dealership sent all of the loan documents and request copies, and then compare them to your copies. Make sure to get a copy of the CREDIT APPLICATION that has your 'job title' and 'monthly income'. Make sure it is correct. If it isn't, then be sure to check where your signature appears on the credit application. It could be a completely different credit application with a FORGED SIGNATURE.
If that is the case, contact an attorney and contact all of the investigative reporters at all of your local News stations in your town and get the story exposed on T.V. as quickly as you can, okay?
Good luck to you!

GROW UP
AUTHOR: Tech1 - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Monday, August 24, 2009
POSTED: Monday, August 24, 2009So you want someone to say to you (like your mom or dad.) No you cant buy this you dont have the money. You want this your whole life no reasonability?
You may find if you got this wish you would hate it. You are the only person who is responsible for your money. If you make good choices you are the responsible one.
Take this as one of your life lessons for not being responsible. The finance company did take a chance on you to buy the car and they did lose it will cost them money. You should grow up and take some responsibility like an ADULT.
