I rented from them on June 2009 and was overcharged. I second a previous rip off report on this company: they are unethical, fail to tell customer what the catch is, overcharge your credit card, and then refuse to refund the difference because "contract is closed". They are trained to do this, and it is called fraud. While all you can do after the fact is write reports and pass the word (or take them to court if you or any of your friends is a lawyer), you still can choose well and refuse to give them your business. Good, nearby and professional options are Enterprise (cheapest), and Hertz (2nd lowest rates in the Houston area)

The employee's rebutal in the old posting about the same problem clearly expresses the company's low standards. Please, read it, no comments needed. Here is the link: http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/361/ RipOff0361071.htm

#1 Consumer Suggestion

No lawyer needed to sue

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

You don't need a lawyer to sue in small claims court. In fact, many jurisdictions will NOT ALLOW an attorney to represent a plaintif in small claims court.

If you have a legitimage claim against them, by all means sue them in small claims court.

After they are served with the summons they might offer you a settlement to withdraw your suit. If they do, make sure that the settlement is exactly what they overcharged you PLUS your court fees; filing fee, service fee. Otherwise, proceed and let the judge decide the matter.
