Trac fone Bought phone on internet with double minutes promised for life. Now tracfone says no double minutes Internet

We bought a tracfone with double minutes on the internet. The phone works fine but we do not get double minutes when we recharge it. Called tracfone and they say we did not buy a double minutes phone.
Then we went through the same run around on their facebook account. Each time they say we did not buy a double minutes phone. We did buy a double minutes phone but they just say we didn't. Not much we can do about it now.
