TracFone This company committed outright theft of my money, then gave me a runaround for months. Internet

I have carried a cell phone with tracfone for 2 or3 years. When I tried to order new minutes they really worked me over.  I now have no use of my phone and they've made at least $97.99 off of me with little effort to resolve my situation. First they charged me $97.99 twice on my Discover Card. Then corrected it and removed one charge.  A few days later I received a bill from CitiCard for $110.99, which I refused to pay (I don't know how they got this card number)  Well at that time when payment was denied, they cut all minutes from my phone. They have not to date contacted or paid back the original $97.99. I have called several times and met with people who could barely speak english.  Then I was turned over to a supposed supervisor,who informed me they could not correct the situation and gave me a Fax number for me to suppposedly send my paperwork to support my claim.  Well I had to drive 20 miles to town to find a fax and when I did the fax number was not correct.(305-715-3917) 

 Now I am out $$97.99, no phone (which I only used for calling out as an emergency, no one could call me. Further,this was during the time that I was widowed so it really was more of an impact.  At this time, I just want my money back and they can cancel further contact.
