Complaint Review: Tracey D. Claybon
Tracey D. Claybon19721 48th Ave W Lynnwood, Washington United States of America
Tracey D. Claybon Beware of this tenant Lynnwood, Washington
Simply put, Claybon is among the worst tenants a landlord can encounter. During her tenancy, apartment staff repeatedly received complaints about odors and rodents apparently originating from her apartment. There were also problems with bedsheets being sloppily used as curtains. Claybon was combative when asked for an apartment inspection.
When maintenance personnel were finally able to inspect her apartment two weeks after making the first request, it was full of roaches, rats, pet damage and a serious hoard. At that time, Claybon already two months behind on her rent, and received an eviction notice at three months. According to a neighbor, she vacated her apartment in the middle of the night.
Claybon left behind piles of trash, damage totaling nearly $4,500, and broken furniture that even thrift stores did not want and therefore had to be hauled away at landlords' cost. At the time of this writing in 2013, approximately four years after she vacated, she has not paid a cent toward the back rent nor for the damages. This complaint will be updated if there are ever changes in that regard. Feel free to contact Robin Park Apartments with any questions.
