I AM FED UP WITH SAFE-F**K WIRELESS BECAUSE FOR 1 THEY'VE CAUSED ME TO 
MISS OUT ON JOB INTERVIEWS,AND MONEY. I ORDERED A PHONE AND I NEVER
RECEIVED IT, THEN I MOVED AND CALLED THESE BASTARDS AND IT'S THE 11H OF
AUGUST AND I ORDERED THIS PHONE ON 06/11/2009 AND I HAVEN'T RECEIVED
S**T. THE PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THE PHONE ARE F***ING WORSE THAN DELL'S NON
SPEAKING SON OF A B***HES. MY ENROLLMENT I.D. IS 1653839, AND IT HAS A
PUNK A** FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER THAT IS USELESS AS S**T BUT YET AND STILL
THESE DUMB F***ERS WHO ANSWER THE PHONE SOUNDING LIKE THE THE Kwik-E-Mart
MART OWNER FROM THE SIMPSONS STILL INSIST ON WRITING IT DOWN.... WHAT
THE F**K FOR. I EVEN CALLED AND SAID I WANT TO FILE A COMPLAINT AND THEY
KEEP TELLING ME WE WILL SHIP OUT A REPLACEMENT PHONE. WELL D**N IT I'VE
HAD IT,AND I WANT TO FILE A GODD**N COMPLAINT BECAUSE YOU IGNORANT
MOTHERFU***RS HAS CAUSED ME PAIN AND SUFFERING,AND IF POSSIBLE I WILL
SUE YOUR A**ES FOR FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. SINCE YOU F**KS WONT LET ME FILE

A Tracfone Customer

I read this report and I've been a long time customer of Tracfone. I've had a couple of issues as well with Tracfone but not that bad. I also work in Customer Service for an internet company and I understand how completely ridiculous customers are and like to be. In this case, this customer does have an issue and I understand his frustation but his additude and language is unnecessary. All swearing and comparing the reps to the Simpsons makes him sound very immature and clearly out of line. If you want something to be done about your issue it is suggested that you act in a mature manner. Yelling and screaming at the rep like a 2 yr old won't get you what you want. I know this because I deal with customers on daily basis. For future references please act in a mature and professional manner and remember that the rep on the line is a person like you and me, put yourself in their place and imagine how you would feel.
